Let me start by first saying, I commend this company for their effort of putting me in a vehicle. So now, here it is. I was in a bad accident and was desperate for a car due to my time limit of getting one. They said I qualified for only one vehicle on the lot. It had paint chips everywhere and scratches on the vehicle. I was very unhappy with the vehicle in general which I was vocal about. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because I was in a pinch. I feel like I was forced into the car and they exploited my situation. I had contacted the salesman a couple of times with no response. They essentially got what they wanted and washed their hands clean with me. Very disappointed in the selling practices of this dealership. My opinion, keep looking.
Update: Spoke to Reese and she refused to make things right. Told me to pay off my car then try and trade it in. Thanks.

I had the best experience that i ever had purchasing a card at Enterprise Auto Sales in East Hartford, CT. There was no mumble jumble about the price. Everything went well. I had my newer car check by my own mechanic and he believes it is a very good. I had some troubles with insurance, but that was on my end and Enterprise was very patient. I like my car snd am waiting to get my Massachusetts plates and registration. It has been a good experience and i will be back for my next car.

What liars they are here. I bought my car with them a year ago and paid $4000 for An extended warranty, and I was promised that if one tire had to be replaced that they would have to replace the one across from it or else my suspension would be all messed up when driving the car. Come to find out a year later that they completely lied to me when I was purchasing this warranty and only one of my tires is going to be replaced with a different tire that is not the same as the others. Leads to damaging my car even more because they lied and I have to pay more out-of-pocket to replace the other tire or else. My car will suffer tremendously so $4000 down the drain because they lied. Thank you Chris for the lies you fed me. I will never ever be purchasing a car from this company ever again, nor will the rest of my family

Well seems my daughter and I got a double whammy served up. It’s very hard to work your behind off for six years paying off a car and two months later it just completely DIED! I mean deader than a skunk like the saying goes. Mine was old, 2004 Volvo which started giving me very real tell tale signs that something was going to go wrong with her behind as well. I’m not paying Volvo money to fix her. My kid was going to go back to the original dealer she got the car from to get stuck in another one. Told her absolutely not. We’re keeping it local and local turned out to be Enterprise Car Sales in East Hartford. I had heard that they were good and I decided good a time as any to go try. I told my kid you’re getting a quality used car with low mileage because their cars are only used as rentals and they keep up with their maintenance. Plus they have every new feature you may want in a car without having to pay additional fees. Only thing you will not see is a sunroof. Totally not needed, you’ll survive. She always wanted an SUV so we looked and came across a beautiful 2020 Ford Escape. She took it. I grabbed a 2020 Ford Fusion. We’re both in love with our beautiful new automobiles. They drive so smoothly, you can’t feel the bumps on the road. Very good quality cars just as I had been informed about. The salesperson, Christopher, was a complete charm. Knew what he was talking about, walked us through every step, left no questions without being answered, not pushy or rude at all. He wasn’t trying to just push you into any car to make money. The financing was so simple, that alone left me shocked. All the staff at the place were very kind and friendly. They made you feel at home. I will most definitely be visiting them again and send people their way. You will not be sorry!! ?

Enterprise Car sales did a phenomenal job with assisting me with the purchase of my truck. More over, Cecilia Davis went above and beyond her role as just a car sales representative. When I had first started this new car journey, I filled out the online application that let the facility know I was in the market. Cecilia was the one who took that application and cared for it tenderly. She called and put her heart and soul into making sure I had the best experience through and through. Sadly at that time I was unable to proceed with any purchase due to my up coming wedding. Cecilia understood, she was compassionate and caring for the situation and gave her best wishes. A month or so goes by and I receive an unexpected call from Cecilia. She didn’t try to push a sale, she remembered who I was and asked about the wedding. She was invested in me and my wife and was building a strong customer relationship. Again, unfortunately, that was not the right time purchase a new vehicle. As we drew near to May, my wife and I purchased our first home. And who would you guess would happen to call a few days after closing? Cecilia!! She started off the conversation asking how life had been and how Married life was and we exclaimed to her on the purchase of our home. She too was excited! She rejoiced with us in this new step of our life. That was the last time that we had to give up the opportunity to purchase a new car. We had not heard from Cecilia in a few months but we had come to a point in our life that one vehicle was not enough. I picked up the phone and called Enterprise. Cecilia did not answer the phone and I had unintentionally forgotten her name. But the individual I spoke to, based on a brief description of Cecilia’s glowing and bubbly personality, transferred me to her. We caught up for a bit and explained where we were at and was ready to start the car buying experience. Now, if my wife and I had purchased a vehicle from the start we would have not gotten to see the fullest of Cecilia’s warm and welcoming personality. She truly puts so much love and effort into making sure that her customers needs are met. If it had not been for her full professionalism and respect I would not have cared who helped me with my truck. But because she took the time and was extremely patient in this whole process I wanted her to have this win. If the world had just a handful more people as Cecilia, it truly would be a much more beautiful place. Thank you for your help and the experience. This process may be complete but she, Cecilia Davis, will never be forgotten! As we say in the Navy to someone who has gone/ goes above and beyond in their service, BRAVO ZULU!

We were in the market for a compact car for our teen. We knew what we wanted the budget we wanted to stick with saw a couple of Kia Souls in the parking lot did not necessarily plan to buy that day. But meeting Cecilia Davis she was so affable helpful and absolutely did not place pressure on us let us take our time looking at the cars and made it easy for us to settle with one we liked. Loved that all costs were upfront and reasonable the purchase and test drive all took less than 2 hours, this included the detailing by a member of the staff on site. All the cars were clean well maintained in the lot so the extra effort did not go unnoticed. Thank you Cecilia and Anna for making this such an effortless process for us. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean well maintained low mileage reasonably priced vehicle

Excellent customer service the price the treatment the cars cleanliness all plusses....went all across CT looking for vehicles the pics were misleading and all imran all the cars were dirty....like traded in and just put out on lot to be sold..... The prices were crazy high for the conditions of the cars being offered.... Ended up finding my eventually purchase 5 mins away in e Hartford on a not so popular car shipping site...... My salesperson Cecilia was awesome and want pushy just told me facts and let me decide......7 day tryout period where we found some small issues with car..... Was in a rental with a dealership appointment next day......Cars perfect couldn't be happier with purchase...

Great group of people to deal with. VERY competitive prices. The price for the Cherokee Limited I purchased (with an extended warrantee) came in lower than the Cherokee Trail Hawk I bought from a dealership NINE years ago. Highly recommend.

Our car shopping experience was "No Stress" - and Julian listened to what we wanted - asked what we didn't - and then showed us options to compare. We ended up choosing his very first selection - with no doubt in our mind it was the right choice. Then he helped us find the best financing for us - took care of the paperwork and even got our DMV needs and licence plates done before leaving the lot.

Great buying experience. The sales staff and management was responsive, courteous and professional. The price of the vehicle was highly competitive. I was very satisfied with the vehicle.
