He took care of my issue same day with an easy fix and not looking to upsell. I brought my TV in after it decided to start endlessly power cycling and regular fixes didn't work. I knew something was definitely wrong. I was looking for local repair places and saw that Eastern Video Service had good reviews. Well I'll tell you right now, these guys deserve a full five stars across the board. Frankie went above and beyond to really help me out. He got in contact with the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to get them to cover the cost of the repair, which otherwise would have been an insanely expensive repair bill, basically justifying buying a whole new TV at that point. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely satisfied with the impeccable service and I'll certainly be recommending them to anyone I know who runs into TV issues. Thanks!

Frankie was awesome. I dropped my tv off on Tuesday and it was all set on Thursday. Now that's a great turn around! I highly recommend for anyone to go to Eastern Video Service.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They go above and beyond to help you out and to repair your TV. My TV stopped working in August of this year and was repaired by them and then the remote sensor stopped working again, and Frankie advised me to bring it down and he will take a look at it. I dropped off the TV and 30 minutes later it And Frankie called me and told me it was all set. They do great work!! I give them 5 starts.

My Samsung Curve stop working due to a power surge. I reached out to Eastern Video and in no time my TV was picked up and fixed. I spoke with Frankie and he explained to me how common this is and he shared tips on how to prevent this from occurring again which was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who has any TV issues. -Awesome job

Absolute great team of experts. They offer options, make suggestions, answer questions, and let you make the decisions. They arrived on schedule every time. Nate set us up with a whole-house system...speakers, security, TVs, tv antennae, cameras, internet...you name it. We gutted and renovated a fixer upper. With that came many, many subcontractors. Eastern Video Service is one of the few contractors that we would recommend and use again.

Rating based on call for pricing. Just called to ask the price to mount one tv and have the cables be hidden in the wall. Said $340. I thought it’d be lower given the comments of it being cheaper then Best Buy…

I called in for service on my TV set. Tech by the name of Frankie came out the same day and diagnose issue with TV and found the main board is defective. Frankie gave me an estimate that I could not refuse. Frankie ordered part and next day my TV was repaired. I am impress.... I would highy recommend Eastern Video Service.
