It’s OK, the store is definitely a last resort. Look around before buying or renting here. The prices change constantly so one day you’re paying 100 a month and then when you called two days later the price is suddenly up to 180.

Buyer beware of this location. Double charged my bank account and told me I was refunded. Was never refunded and had to call a second time to get my money back. Arranged MONTHS in advance for them to pick up the couches as we are relocating. I had a bad feeling so I called the day before the pick up and they dropped the ball again! No pick up scheduled and I'm moving 1300 miles away in two days! Was told "maybe" they could come today. What!? MONTHS in advance! They "forgot"! Unacceptable! Get your stuff together over there! You can pick up your property outside on my lawn now! Stay away!

The Manament and staff are professional, courteous and friendly! They all pay attention to the customers ' needs and will bend over backwards to assist customers to the best of their ability! The products, prices and leasing agreements are second to none! The delivery Team takes great care to insure quality transport and set-up of the customers' purchases! For me over the last 7 years and with over 25 successful lease agreements, the Aaron's Team is Family! Communication is key and the Manager, Nick insures that the level of Communications between the Aaron's Team and their customers is to the highest standards!

Aaron's is the number 1 place to get anything you may want for your home. If you don't have the funds to get it you can go to Aaron's and rent anything from there store and its very much affordable. There staff are friendly and ready to assist you. If you have any issues you can talk to the manager and he will make sure your satisfied. Come to Aaron's you won't be disappointed. I get all my things from there.

Beware of their manager, Nick! He is good to you when he wants your business. They try to make it look friendly. Just pray they don’t owe you. They owe me a refund over $400 that I have been pursuing for over 6 months. They lied they had refunded. They wouldn’t want to verify with documents. They don’t want to resolve this. I will pursue corporate as I have documents to verify this. If Nick is nice to you now, be careful. He basically insulted me over the phone and called me a Nickle and Dime customer! Really?! I am a business owner and have paid for every single order invoice. I guess that’s his way of getting out of the refund situation. Highly dissappointed. You sign up for EZpay to your own detriment!!

First off all they were hours late on my delivery for a “lightly used” king size bed. Then they forgot the slots to put the box spring and mattress on. The bed was in terrible condition for “lightly used” and I called back to request a whole brand new set. Everything is used including the mattress. It has been a week and they still have been unable to bring the next set because the manager over rode my bad credit, so I guess I’m not entitled to good customer service because of that. I still don’t have the slots either and my box spring and mattress are on the floor in the middle of the bed set. I have been talking to rent a center and they have way better customer service, deals and I am going to go through them.I filed a complaint with corporate because it was just that bad and they will decide if they will give me a refund (I paid 2 months) or not. Hopefully they do because this was the worst agreement I ever made. Poor credit or not it was over ridden and I am entitled to good customer service and getting what the hell I paid for. I will never go through Aaron’s again. They act like they’re the ones paying you.

This place is the best. Honestly I recommend to everyone in the area that is looking for good products and a good system. The manager works so hard. I have been a customer for 5 years and let me tell you, there is nobody in any retail store that I would rather work with than Nick the manager. The only downfall is if Nick ever left I probably would look elsewhere. The store is convientley located as well right next to dollar general and Burger King in east Hartford. I highly recommend this place.-Gabe
