My husband and I have had great experiences taking our little one here. We feel that our child is cared about and Dr. Gregorio has been terrific at helping us feel supported. The entire office staff has been friendly and helpful.

This office refuses to fill out paperwork if your physical has not been within the past year. This is the second time I needed clearance for school, and this office has refused to fill out the forms. Both forms had medical questioners to determine clearance, neither form required a physical. This is obviously about money, since they do not profit from signing their name, they require a physical.

Do you not go to this doctors office ever there inconsiderate rude disrespectful the doctors have no clue what they’re doing their bedside manner is completely off they don’t deserve anything they don’t deserve patients they don’t know how to treat their patients they lied I’m in the process of possibly suing them Including their office staff have absolutely no clue what they’re doing every single nurse every single doctor in this place not just one

Dr. Casablancas is, hands down, the best primary care physician I've ever had. He responds quickly to messages via MyChart, helps advise holistically, and is a caring and attentive doctor. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

My daughter has been going here since birth and I have generally been less than satisfied but we stayed because of convenience. I will be leaving immediately. Not only could I not get a call back from her physician after multiple attempts but they recently submitted my “outstanding” debt that I had no knowledge of to a debt collector. Why didn’t I have knowledge? The billing department was submitting the bill to an address that I haven’t lived at for over 12 years. I have updated her records every time I went in on the form provided but as the billing department told me they sometimes don’t update on their end. So despite having provided an accurate address the were submitting the bill incorrectly. I moved along blissfully unaware of my debt, had I known I would have paid. I have since called and take. Care of the debt now that I am aware, however yet again they sent another bill collection agency out for a debt I have paid off. Go anywhere else. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well!

If I could give less then one star I would. Please if any of your family members are sick and you care about them DO NOT take them here. They do not care at all. This is the absolute worst doctors off I have ever come in contact with. They should be shut down.

I have been with this practice for pretty close to 40 years and I love them. They have been with us through good times and bad and I highly recommend them to anyone. Yes you do change drs every 3 years but all of them have been caring and compassionate as well as willing to listen.

I go to this location for my primary care and think very highly of the practice. The front staff is excellent and my pc physician Dr Henrique is very caring and knowledgeable. Top notch office

I have been repeatedly disappointed with this facility and the last straw was them telling me in the middle of November to tell me that the earliest they could get me into an appointment was December 24, Christmas Eve. This was a follow-up to a hospitalization, not a silly skin rash or anything. What is the point of having a doctor if you need to book them over a month and a half out? It’s not like they are specialists which I totally understand. They have lost my business.

Diagnosed 2 year old daughter with scabies when she had a yeast rash. Told her father not to let her over my house for 2-3 weeks because of their incorrect medical guess. She is the only one with the rash, which is how i instantly knew scabies werent the cause of the rash. Horrible practice, with ignorant doctors.

Can take up to 10 minutes to get through to the reception desk when calling. Not sure if the reception staff are not knowledgeable of their job, are lazy or just simply rude. Every time I went (3 times) i had a different doctor and was told that was my primary now?! The last time i went, the doctor kept repeating back to me what i was saying and then asking the same questions over and over again.. after about 15 minutes of this, he announced that he is a resident and was going to speak with the doctor (really?!) at this point i felt lost and disappointed. A few minutes later, the doctor came in, and the process started alllll over again. The doctor didn't try to "connect" and didn't seem friendly which made me feel uncomfortable. He told me he was going to send a prescription to the pharmacy, which was never done. I didn't even bother following up and ended up finding a new practice.
