I had a very good first appt with Dr Van Siclen. She met me the first time to do a medical history. The second time was for a physical exam. She was very thorough and made referrals for 2 problems no inter doctor felt was necessary.
I liked her and was happy my experience was so poditive

So glad I chose this healthcare provider!! They genuinely cared about me and my health. Savanna and Dr. Van Siclen are wonderful human beings. They made me feel welcomed and genuinely listened to.

A doctor molested me here when I was a teenager, can't remember his name but he looked weaselly with those circular horned rim glasses and balding. Do not leave your kids in the care of these people.

So glad this location opened! Very nice and thoughtful staff, very clean facilities, and a very welcoming environment! I’m glad I made the switch from my other primary care. Dr. Jessica Reichbind is wonderful!

Always feel heard and cared about during my appointments. I have seen Dr Reichbind and Rena and have always been happy when leaving.Don’t ever have a problem with booking and they were great about getting me in quickly when I had a concern.My husband sees Dr Roy and likes him also.

I am new here and for my first physical I saw my normal doctor and take in mind I was couple weeks postpartum. I felt the whole appointment was rushed, she didn't take the time to get to know me vice versa, she didn't make me feel a comfort level which I've felt with all my previous doctors. And the front desk lady was talking to me like I'm slow just because I was new and asked questions. And I verbally told her "sorry I'm new here" bc of her attitude. Second physical a year later, I see Dr Renee, she came in etc. Checked me. The physical lasted roughly 10 minutes. She asked me if I smoked and I told her yes being honest and vulnerable and rudely said "well you should quit". And continued to bring it up making me feel guilty as I was telling her about my weight loss journey but truthfully she didn't seem interested. Her eyes also seemed like she didn't care. Then as we are about to finish, again it feeling rushed, I ask her about the mental health sheet and told her I circled yes to some and she said "as long as the last one is not a yes you're all good" and left. Basically saying if I don't have suicidal thoughts then I'm fine. Knowing the facts of people not being open to letting people let alone doctors know about their suicidal thoughts and hide that side of them it was very shocking what she did. Thankfully I don't have those thoughts but I've been struggling with sleeping and low energy which I circled and couldn't even discuss it with me or see what I can do to help just bc I don't want to kill myself. I think as a doctor you can be a savior with someone's physical health and mental health. I feel bad for people who circle no to suicide thoughts and the doctor disregards the whole sheet, little do they know this person is struggling. So as a doctors job regardless if they are assisting for my normal doctor they should get to know the person to understand what concerns they have etc. Due to the unfortunate behavior and actions that happened to me I decided I will no longer continue in this practice or will not recommend it to anyone I know. And I will make sure to write on the website, or yelp about the experience I had. Thank you to those who treated me well and I hope the ones who didn't can realize there actions effect people as doctors who are suppose to take care of our health.

Update: Medicare was charged $443.00 for the horrible experience described in my earlier review. It was for a "New Patient Outpatient visit, total time 60-74 minutes." PA Rena C. Jacobs spent no more than 25 minutes asking me questions her computer prompted. No physical to speak of. Highway robbery And outright lies. And Middlesex is an excellent hospital with sound systems in place, making this office a seeming anomaly. From my experiences, they can do a lot better.

I got a test done a few weeks back, and no one cared to follow up regarding my results.I'm assuming due to not being called there was no need for concern.Only to find out that I needed the results for my DOT physical, and they're dragging there feet, and could care less.There's no problem to follow up with billing and getting their money, but not with a patient.I'm very displeased.

I just had my first visit with the Durham office. The staff and Megan Chaffee APRN were very comforting in my time of need. I am switching to the Durham office right away. First time in a long time I didn't feel like just another patient. They genuinely cared about me listened to me and I wasn't rushed. I found the staff very friendly and thoughtful.Kathy

Scheduled an appointment but went there for bronchitis they told me they made a mistake and it was tomorrow none of their doctors or P a's could take 10 minutes out of their time if that to check my chest. I would not recommend

The worst. If you are sick they cannot see you and tell you to go to one of their other offices. I do not recommend.

Would NEVER come back to the doctor here. I hit traffic and was 10 minutes late for appointment and was told I had to reschedule. I have sat numerous times waiting over 20 minutes in the waiting room. Avoid the practice of at all possible.
