My car's battery died just when we were about to head out from our Airbnb. Called Clarke and within 30 mins he showed up and jump start the car to save the day!!! Super friendly and upfront with pricing. He genuinely loves what he does, and he reassured us that if we need help throughout the day we can call him since he knows we're from out of town. One of the best for sure!

I recently Popped both of my tires on my Ford 450 Dually , I was Stuck at Town fair Tire after hours with no help ..I called Carter he came out very quickly, He got me back on the road and home safely. THESE GUYs actually care about the customer.Very professional on top of it . I would highly recommend calling these guys ' Great service .

Carter and his team were extremely kind and went above and beyond. Our vehicle suddenly stopped about a mile and a half away from home due to the alternator. After an unsuccessful attempt with our car insurance company, we reached out to Carter around 10:30-11pm. His response was prompt and walked us through what to expect and estimated costs (which are extremely reasonable and a fraction of what others charge). They were able to jump our car and follow us home to ensure we made it back safely. He had his colleague come by to our home the next day to replace the alternator and battery (again, at a fraction of the cost). These guys may be young, but they know what they're doing and doing it with humility and honesty. We highly recommend anyone in the CT and serviceable areas reach out to these guys first.Service: Battery

Brian came to change my tire and was AMAZING! He was professional, eager to help and never, ever made me feel like I was wasting his time. Everything about my interaction was positive and professional. Brian's truck was in good shape, clearly marked and clean. Brian himself was dressed professionally and was neat and clean. Brian made sure I was safe, he neatly and carefully placed my damaged tire back in the trunk and made sure I had the lug nut covers and key back in my hand so they wouldn't get lost. Makesafe rescued me after a rental car breakdown. They promptly responded and had excellent communication. They worked the problem with the rental car and got me to the airport in time for my flight. Makesafe gets results!
