Go-to spot for childrens gifts, makeup and seasonal items. They have recently started carrying a lot more cruelty-free makeup and toiletries, and I really appreciate that fact! If you are shopping here you should use the app to download coupons, and if you open a store credit card you get 5% off most purchases. If you need Starbucks you are in luck, in-store location!!!

Wow. Target was my last hope for great customer service until this evenings visit. I made the 25+ minute drive to the Dayville, CT store to Exchange a damaged item I purchased for my sons bedroom. Over the past week I have probably spent over $2,000,00 here- so I consider myself a very good customer. I entered the store about 1hr before close & it was extremely desolate- I'm talking there was maybe 1 other customer in this HUGE STORE & I'm pretty sure it was because employees lurked & harassed me from 9pm-10pm. I was literally asked by 8 different employees if I needed help while browsing & clearly looking for specific items- yet when I told them YES & stated what I was looking for I got the most lazy INEPT and inconsiderate responses such as pointing toward the front of the store, which I believe was an effort to shoo me out. Not ONE SINGLE employee literally "helped" me or even put in the most basic of efforts to walk me over toward the items I was looking for! There was no effort made by anyone! I have NEVER experienced this LACK of customer service by Target Or ANY of their employees, which Is why I'm SOOO shocked at how rude & inconsiderate management was. I have ALWAYS had a positive experience, But tonight was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE!! Not only was I unable to find a single thing I had went in there for (but then again I was literally rushed from start to finish) but the entire reason I went to the store was to exchange an item I had purchased & I had FORGOT to grab the replacement item. When I got to the register I had a few returns to process & while they were processing the exchanges & I knew it was going to take some time- I quickly asked if I could go grab the item I had forgotten- which I could basically see from where I was standing! The manager told me "No we are closed". I let her kindly know she wasn't closed yet- as I'm physically standing in your unclosed store, I watched as 5-7 young employees looked on literally doing NOTHING. If any one of these employees had PROPER TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE (or EVEN just a smidge of class) they would have quickly retrieved the item for me but clearly The employees of the Dayville, CT Target store have much better things to do!!! I then asked the manager if 1 of the 7 employees standing around doing nothing could go get it for me & she very bluntly said NO & then told the employees they could leave! This just put me over the edge. I was shocked. Why would she purposely go out of her way to upset the customer?!?! Wow- that was BEYOND RUDE. I then said ok well I'm going to run & get it & she said NOPE she couldn't let me on the floor. COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T? If I wasn't completely exhausted I would have made the 15 second run & got it- regardless if she wanted me to or not- but I was exhausted! I have worked in customer service for over 30 years & I have NEVER EVER BEEN SO BLATANTLY disrespected by staff let alone management- nor have I ever been refused assistance/help! The whole reason I made the trip was to make this exchange & it is a good 40 minutes from my house! So because she wanted to go home I didn't get the item I went there for (which would have taken me or any employee less then a minute to obtain!!! I also tried to return a $14 item & the manager's response was just No- it won't let me, I said I have the receipt- it's within the correct time period- Can you please tell me why I can't return it. She said NOPE it's just not letting me. I said ok- that's not an explanation but whatever! I said I have the receipt & I have the item- can you override it ? She just said no & honestly at this point I didn't have the energy to argue with the worst excuse for a manager I've ever encountered! I was also extremely polite & friendly; might I add. I had receipts for everything & was very apologetic- especially to the poor cashier in training- who had to witn

I enjoy going to the Killingly commons Target. They make everyone wear a mask, their employee's are nice and, they have almost anything you'd want.

Great store but the Guest services was being rude when trying to return a phone that still had everything with it including receipt and because the Target cafe is never open that's why I give target in Killingly can I get three stars

I absolutely love target and I go their for all of my essential needs. However I recently bought a pool from them (and this doesn't have anything to do with the business itself just their choices in shipping companies). The pool was meant to be delivered on June 21st by the company Estes Forwarding Worldwide. Not only did it not come but it came only five days later. There were no updates on the arrival date as even now it still says arriving June 21st. Target is way too good to be using efw for their larger shipping needs. Maybe go with a different more reliable company or not ship large items.

Target itself is an wonderful store but unfortunately the Pizza Hut and workers are not. They always have the best pizza but they are ALWAYS closed, and when they are open the people in there are not friendly. I've been in there a few times this past week and they've been closed every time! Do better

Easy location, but I hadn't shopped here in a long while. Needs a better selection of mens clothing, especially extended sizes mens clothing. Large womens selection. Always great selection of clearance in all departments.

I came to Target to kill some time after visiting Skydive Danielson, and it was immaculate! Definitely, a lot more well kept than other targets I've visited! The girls working at Starbucks had impeccable customer service. They were so bright and lovely. I didn't know what I wanted to drink and recommended the iced caramel macchiato, and told me if I didn't like it they'd make me anything else I wanted free of charge. It was DELICIOUS! I was so happy with my choice. The store was so organized, clean, even the clearance section!!! Customer service was fabulous! The only issue was there wasn't many people on the floor. Other than that it was great, and next time in the area, I'll definitely be back....mostly for the starbucks here! Best one I've been to yet!

Stopped in here for a quick break on my way home from Providence. Absolutely gorgeous!!!! Love the layout of the front end. Everyone seemed happy. Bathroom was nice and clean. As always love Target

Their in house Starbucks brews the weakest coffee. This is a change in the last few months. Saving money?? How does Starbucks allow this practice? Dunkin' Donuts is actually stronger.

First, the cashier overcharged my card nearly $30, and did not immediately refund the amount; but the charges had posted to my account. I had to return to the store twice in attempts to resolve the issue, but was eventually told to contact guest services via phone to file a claim for the refund; because they could not find the transaction in their system... Then, my car battery died in the parking lot, I asked customer service if they could page someone with cables or offer any assistance, and they refused to help.

They have a starbucks. Need I say more? Alrighty, staff is happy. Store is clean. Aisles are stocked. This place is a newer store so it doesnt have that old tired look. There is Diva Nails nearby, so this is a routine for me. Nails, coffee, shop, lunch, home. Perfect!
