This is a Wireless Zone and not a corporate Verizon store therefore they charge for items like sim cards which are free at corporate stores. When they charged me, I asked the salesperson if they were a corporate store and he lied and said yes. I just called the store to ask for a refund for the sim card and was told to submit a dispute with my credit card company.

Great place, terrific service. Dylan worked with me every step of the way. Also Ricardo was awesome too, coming through on a device hang up none of us could square.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Johnny at the Darien Verizon. I lost my phone and needed a new one. I had password issues and admit to being technologically challenged. Johnny is incredibly patient, kind and very, very knowledgeable. It was a stressful situation made very easy because of working with him. I am grateful and recommend him highly!
