I made an appointment for covid booster on CVS web site. It was easy to do with lots of available times. They texted and e mailed reminders to me. There's parking behind the store . Signs pointed to where to go. At the pharmacy counter is where the problems started. There's plastic shields that make it hard to talk with the person. Also the store music was playing so LOUD !!!!! I had to slowly spell out my name and birthday THREE times for the person to find my appointment ! Turn down the music so your employees can do their job. Next I went to the seating area for my shot. The shot when fast and I was done. This is not the first time I've had this problem. Time for change .

This pharmacy has gone way down. The staff is rude. The pharmacy is always out of medications. The store is disorganized. It's really not worth it. There are better places to go for service and value.

This is the best CVS in Fairfield County. The manager is always around being of help. Today, I left a roll of wrapping paper on the counter and the person behind the counter came out to the parking lot to be sure I took it with me. Happy birthday on January 1st to him. I spend a lot of time and money at CVS stores along the east coast and at this store, I know it will be a good experience. Every time.

Terrible. Rude pharmacy staff, prescriptions are never ready despite repeated text and voice mails stating they are. The entire pharmacy department should be replaced by people who understands the concepts of customer service and professionalism.

There is a reason why this is the worst CVS in history. It is an absolute s*** show. Slow, unorganized, and the pharmacy does not have structure, and lack simple customer service, and mere interpersonal skills. One can say the lack of organizational skills leads to an overwhelmed pharmacist unwilling to go the extra mile or simply learn any new procedures - especially in an environment of technology. Retraining is in order, and ASAP! Poor attitudes are uncalled for. Especially in light of COVID-19. The store manager Stephanie was a big help, and displayed not only poise, but problem solving skills. This is after more than two hours of wasting my time. What I thought was a two hour ordeal, ended up actually being perhaps four hours in total. To simply pick up a prescription. Thank you Stephanie for gracefully resolving the issue, and truly extending yourself to go over and beyond. To girl with the dark green unhygienic extra long fake nails - your attitude and rudeness is uncalled for. You can respectfully save that for when you are off CVS clock, and in your own space, not not working in the pharmacy with those germ/bacteria infected fake nails!!!!

This is the absolute worst CVS in CT. I dislike CVS in general and try to never ever go to one.. Riteaid and Walgreens are so much better. I was only in there because it was across from train. There are two male managers at the post rd store. They are pathetic and stupid. One's name is Kumar. He's a fool. Unprofessional and really ignorant. He thinks he can talk over people. I'm going to drag his dumba$$ through the mud. Stay away from this location and these simpletons. Hey Kumar, the next time someone wants to get a moneygram they received, Take some lessons from Walmart. You don't just ask for the Ref # a$$hole. You also ask for the customers phone number and senders name. For some reason you never know what to do. Further, another manager at CVS said something was wrOng with your moneygram system. You failed to mention that you big dumba$$. But really, something is wrong with YOU. I Hate this store so much. My second time with a similar issue and managers who don't know their butts from their head. Makes sense that this store has so many poor reviews. And I don't ever go to their pharmacy. Too stupid. My formal complaint is bEing prepared.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst. Customer service is terrible, plain and simple. Goto greibs or Walgreens.

For years I have been getting my prescriptions from here. I also get toy cars for my son as well as shampoos, painkillers and so on. Now I admit it is my fault for not price checking this place earlier but I just did that and found that electronic items such as batteries and memory cards are two-three times higher than at Best Buy just down the road. Stationary items such as Pens, markers and paper are double or more than at Staples, Shampoos and creams are up to double of what you can get them from Walmart. Finally prescriptions are 400% (Quadruple) of what you pay at Walmart or Costco, both within minutes of this place. To top it off, the people working here are miserable, rude and don't have the slightest of training in courtesy and customer care. Time to avoid this price gouging dump of a place. It is an ugly stain on our wonderful high street.

Timothy is an icon The only reason I go to this CVS and not others is because of Timothy, the CVS worker there. He is super nice and always a welcoming face at the store!! I've walked into the store countless times and every single time he has a positive and radiant personality.
