After a recent accident, being rear ended while stopped at a traffic light. I filed the claim online with Allstate. I got responses from a claims representative within an hour about repairing my vehicle, a rental car and medical for whiplash. I have been an Allstate customer since 1987 and never had an issue with them.

Agents always very responsive to my questions and needs. Recommend them to all.Totally ignore the first review I wrote. I did not see the second check until i went to the bank. Patty from ALL State was extremely helpful. Brett Kautzer made it all happen. Told friends and family about All State and their quick response.
