Parts were needed which he then ordered and was back within a week. He repaired my Range and calibrated both ovens. I am so glad to see that Jerry is still associated with Aitoro's. “Zach has the patience of a saint. I never seen anything like it. He was working alone and was hit with a wave of customers, all wanted help and had different situations. Zach was very calm and cordial. He kept his composure and dealt with every customer accordingly. He greeted everyone with a smile, made a few recommendations, and treated everyone as if we were family. Most people would not be able to handle that kind of situation but Zach did an exceptional job. Even when he had some technical difficulties and the phones ringing off the hook, the man stayed calm. Zach must have a PhD in customer service the way he held the set down today. Absolutely Amazing. While Zach dealing with some technical difficulties, trade ins, returns, selling the protection and sympathizing with the customer who came in for a game that was not in stock, the phones ringing, the line grew longer as he was assisting me and the other, the man stayed calm. Zach was a one man army while dealing with so much by himself. It was amazing, you couldn’t pay to see stuff like this on cable. I had great experience and highly recommended this location.”

“Been here twice both for screen replacement. First time around definitely not a pleasant experience as was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the screen over the phone yet when I dropped off the phone they said it take about one hour. After waiting almost 2 hours I left the phone there till the next day. Also I was told they would have temporary replacement phones but once at store they said they don't have that option at that store but suggested, I should just purchase a new one and then return it. (I didn't do that.)Second time around Booked the first or second appointment in the next morning. They said it Would take about one hour to fix. , I left the mall and within 20 minutes received a text saying my phone was finished. Just very inconsistent in this aspect.”
