Hi, I was there today ~ 9.30am, the store person name I think Russell did a fantastic job doing multiple tasking and getting work done to minimize wait time of the people. Great to have Russell working for UPS.

I came into your store one morning last week and had a few questions before i sent my packages out. I was greeted by your employee Russell who answered all of my questions, he was very nice and quick. You can tell he likes what he does he has a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile. I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my future mailings.

Russell was very helpful at the Newtown UPS store! I had gone to the new Milford UPS store where they were not helpful in assisting me with returning an item to Dyson. I left there irritated and was hesitant to drive 30 minutes to another UPS store, but I am so glad I did. The staff at the Newtown road UPS were much more pleasant upon arrival than the new Milford store and Russell was Very prompt and accommodating. I was out in less than 5 minutes!

UPS store in Danbury is my go-to store for returns and shipping usually love em. I would have given it 5 stars but the guy with black hair and no chin tried to make me drive 11 miles back home to print out a return label when I ship and return stuff there all the time. Thank God the Indian guy came out and offered me some help and let me know that I could use their computer to print out my label. So thanks for saving me $8 in gas. But the other guy needs to do warehouse work and stop dealing with the customers.
