There was one person working who was consistently rude and confrontational to customers, myself included. I left and went to the UPS store on Newtown Road. What a difference!!

Pulled on 2 minutes before closing to drop off a prepaid package - no need to pay or print anything. Employee made direct eye contact with me walking up to the door, proceeded to shut the lights off, and lock the door on me. Disgusting and lazy. All you had to do was take 30 seconds to scan my package.

Says they open at 9, in the parking lot with multiple other customers and its 915 and doors are still closed and locked. Noone in the store.
