While I can’t speak to the printing services and honestly, don’t shop here often, completing simple tasks at Staples is a breeze. They have a drop off center for Amazon that is fast, efficient, and takes the guesswork out of online returns. Their computer stations are also helpful for any last minute projects. Hours are conducive to any schedule and I’m always in and out within a matter of minutes. Great job, Staples!

By far the most thoughtful printing crew here at Danbury Mill Plain Road. I initially went to another location in NY & had a lazy print job done for my wedding invitations. After I lost hope in that location I asked Danbury Staples if they’d be willing to correct the job. Without hesitation everyone was willing to help even though this was not their mistake they needed to fix. Specifically, Angie in the printing services listened & found a solution that was better than the original invitation. Not only was she compassionate, but she understood that wedding invites are no regular print job & must be presentable. Thank you Angie for everything!

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I came into the store to recycle brand new sets of CD's and DVD's. Older man who was an employee said he can't accept them if they have plastic packaging on them. He made me unpackage and open every single CD and DVD case- including taking out the discs. Not sure if this is the store's policy for recycled items or if he was trying to make my life difficult. I've been to other store locations and they have never expected me to do this. Will not be going to this store again.

I placed an order to have some signs for my son’s birthday party and they had them completed so quickly and so well done. Everything was perfect! And the woman who helped me was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely do all my printing here.

Always had great service at this location. A special shout out to Pearce in the print department. He is always helpful and when I was last there and needed something printed quickly for a family emergency he got it done right away which helped me take care of my elderly mother. Thank you Pearce.

My package was stolen from this location. USPS has never had my prepaid label in their tracking system. I gave my package to the young dark man with glasses. He said their was no paper for a receipt. My package was reported missing, in USPS database, it was never entered into USPS Tracking, after guy with glasses took my package at the shipping counter.

The store was clean and well stocked, the staff were super patient when answering our many questions. Steven and Kate at the register were specifically friendly and helpful.
