the only complaint about the facility is that there is no access to a bathroom unless the office is open. It became enough of an issue we moved our stuff for now.

The monthly payments increased twice so basically they increase monthly, highly upset! All they did was reduce $20 now i have to find a new storage

Always a great experience. I have dealt with them a few times for on going needs and as we see I keep going back - helpful staff grounds and location are upkept I will continue to use Prime Storage for any needs

Clean, well run and secure. I’ve been storing my stuff for a couple months and feel like it’s the best option while I shift my residence from city to country. Convenient location, too!

We had a gas can stolen from our truck and they tried to break into the tool bin but could not, the front electric gate does not work and is always open. There's one security camera for the outside which can see nothing from what I'm told. So I installed cameras in the truck after the stole a bunch of equipment from another guys truck. But there's plenty of room to park because some are leaving afraid of losing property.

The storage initially seemed good. However the constant rental rate escalations at this location are outrageous. It is a month to month service but there are better arrangements that their competitors offer. Some allow prepayment to avoid these escalations. Also beware of bugs in any storage facility. Use plastic containers (not boxes) for fabric, clothing, rugs etc.

Turk the on-site manager was amazing! We have never rented a storage unit before. Turk was very friendly and he patiently walked us through the whole storage unit process. Thank you for your time and help!

I would like to provide feedback on my experience with Prime Storage. I wanted to address issues with the lighting, gate functionality, and surveillance cameras on the premises. Unfortunately, we encountered multiple attempted break-ins to our trucks, despite bringing our concerns to the attention of the manager. I want to clarify that the manager was responsive and empathetic to our situation. However, we ultimately decided to vacate the premises due to a break-in that resulted in the theft of our power equipment, causing significant disruption to our business operations. We were disappointed by the company's reluctance to provide surveillance footage to the authorities. As a result, we made the decision to terminate our lease and will not be returning to Prime Storage. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.

Visited this location nearby when searching for possible storage space rental for an elderly family member. Facility very clean and tidy. The manager Turk was most helpful and accommodating l. He answered all of my questions and provided helpful advice.
