I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday, her main home is in Connecticut and winter home is in Florida, not thinking I gave florist the Connecticut address, well at the last minute i realized she was in Florida, so I called Driscoll's florist and explained what I did and whit no hesitation the lady chuckled and said no problem we can forward your order to a florist in Florida no extra charge and no problem. Next day my sister called to thank me for the beautiful flowers and we both had a good laugh. Thank you Driscoll's for such a great experience.

This is the second time I received delivered flowers as a gift from this florist. Christmas was the first & that arrangement lasted almost three weeks. I will say that they were beautiful arrangement both times. The aroma & color of these Valentine’s Day roses are spectacular, huge partially open buds too. But this time the roses didn’t arrive with any flower extender packets & I am not able to drive over to their store & pick some up a packet due to illness. The greenery around the roses has already started to wilt by day 3 & the roses by day 5. It has been years since receiving flowers from a florist & I thought the arrangement should have stayed fresh longer. Hence the four stars.

My experience with Driscoll's was amazing from start to finish. I called on Tuesday to check and make sure they were still doing deliveries amidst Covid-19 for a Friday delivery. I spoke with Tom who was incredibly helpful and let me know I could order directly through the website. He advised that he had made the site easier to place orders and that I could call back to specify colors for the flowers, etc with him. I shared with him that the bouquet was for a bride who was supposed to get married but had to move her wedding due to Covid-19. He assured me that he would create a beautiful arrangement (which I did not doubt considering how kind he was over the phone) but WOW did he deliver on that promise. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and the colors were perfect- they completely brightened the day of someone who really needed it. I could not be more happy with choosing Driscoll's and will absolutely recommend them to friends in the area.

My husband sent me a bouquet of flowers/roses Delivered to my job for my birthday and was extremely disappointed once he saw it. Once he showed me the picture of the bouquet he picked out and how much he had paid for it I was also highly disappointed. It didn’t look like the picture and some of the flowers were different. Never once did the florist call him to ask if it would be ok to substitute certain flowers because he/or she didn’t have those certain ones in the shop. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this is too upsetting not to write one. I honestly hope the owner reads and cares about the feedback and take initiative to improve their standards.
