So terrible. I wish I could give them zero stars. They needed an inconsequential signature from me but I wasn’t near a computer. Ron called me about 4 times in 2 hours despite me telling him I’d get it to him as soon as I’m at a computer. This obviously made me want to cancel the policy with this company. It’s been weeks, Ron hasn’t replied back, I don’t have a refund, and they claim he’s out of the country. One person operation over there. The lack of customer service on all sides should be all the information you need!!

with Ron and his staff in Danbury today. We needed new car insurance because our previous company raised our rates over $1200.00 a yr. ( no points or accidents). Ron was able to get us a BETTER policy, with higher limits of liability and lower monthly payments. What a deal!

STAY AWAY!! Ron,. the owner (see below), kept a clients refund for 8 months until the CT. insurance dept. stepped in. Also,. he broke a contract with our company, has not made payments in over a year, and is being sued,. Sounds like major financial trouble

STAY AWAY!! Ron,. the owner,. kept a clients refund for 8 months until the CT. Insurance Dept. stepped in. Also, he broke a contract with our company and has not paid us in a year,. and is being sued. Whether he's a crook or incompetent, or both, avoid at all costs,.

This company is fraud. Vanessa is a thief and I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever. She was given $2500 to add a company on the policy so that my company can expand- never happened. She cursed out a representative for Penske when I was trying to add a truck to the policy- unprofessional. Don’t ever do business with this company unless your related to her. Just go with progressive insurance.
