Dr. Lahtinen has been my primary care doctor for years. She both caring and thorough in her approach. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. The staff has always been courteous and professional.

Had a 4:00 appointment with Dr. Brenza. Waited an hour. No courtesy apology/update from any staff. When I went to the front desk I was told his appointments always run late. No apology offered for wasting my time! Unacceptable!

Very Dissatisfied with my husband's appointment today. Appointment was for 11:00am, with Dr. BRENZA, NOT husband' s pcp, but who was available. Waited in room for 45 minutes, asked how much longer, was told at least another 10 to 15 minutes... we walked out. Why book an apt for 11:00 if the Dr can't see you for an hour later. But if your late, they will cancel your apt and charge you anyway.... unreal.. husband's pissed and so am i.

Starting seeing Marguerite Lamb for my care and found her to be extremely thorough, taking time to learn about me and my healthcare needs. My spouse uses also and we are extremely happy with our experiences.

Good doctors, however the front office staff is truly awful and their Covid policies make it a challenge to receive adequate care. There were multiple instances where my young children (<3yo) were refused care despite this office being there primary care provider. Instead, we were told sick patients need to go to a walk-in or emergency room. This policy obviously undermines any need for a PCP and disregards the benefits of continuity of care. When I emphasized the importance of seeing his normal doctor they had me schedule a virtual visit where she did nothing more than look at my two year old on camera and tell us to go elsewhere. Of course we were still charged a copay for this “evaluation”. This policy was kept in place through 2023 and required me to change physicians for my older child who has had recurring health issues. I would encourage you to avoid this practice as their policies are borderline negligent and the front office staff is consistently rude and condescending.

Dr. Brenza is the most wonderful doctor in this facility. I take both of my children to him and he has always offered the best professional/medical advice. Personable and proficient.If there has ever been a wait time, it has been well worth it. I Highly recommend him and the nurses that assist him.

Dr. Nikolaos Vassiliou is the best pcp. Listens and cares for patients. I moved to the south and miss my old pcp. There is one lady at the front desk who has been there forever who can come off a bit tough. Most front desk people are fine, but there is a bit of a hassle with the call center. Sooo much better than any Brunswick County md office.

You only receive Bill not the care. I had to follow up for almost 2 months to get my supplement prescription from the doctor, still haven’t heard back.

I’ve been going there since I was 10 has completely changed Nearly impossible to be seen by a physician doesn’t feel family like any more will be looking elsewhere for a primary care physician I suggest you don’t look here

I've been a patient with MHS PC for over 12 years and have been blessed to have Dr. Lahtinen as my PCP for the majority of my adult life. She is a gem, I cannot thank her enough for the attention and care she has provided me over the years. Unfortunately, relocation has resulted in me leaving this office and I will be hard pressed to find a clinician in any field as attentive and compassionate as Malisa Lahtinen.

This place is an absolute joke! From the rude receptionists to my fathers primary physician who I hear is basically checked out, I've urged him to find a new primary who actually listens and doesn't talk to you like a child
