The best car service I’ve ever received. Everything is explained very clearly, the prices are more than fair and I always felt like I was dealing with a straight shooter who wanted to help me out with my car instead of figure out how to get the most money out of me (unlike dealerships!!). And you couldn’t be dealing with nicer people, the owner and his wife are wonderful people and easy to work with. If I ever need anything else, I’m going straight back to CARS.

I prefer to go to and support small privately owned businesses whenever I can, so I went to my first appointment here to get a front-end alignment for my much loved 28-year-old Volvo 850 wagon with 275k. ?
John and Debbie both greeted me with a smile.
Debbie offered me a ride if I needed to get back home, but because I came from a little far away, I chose to wait.
The waiting area and the location felt clean and safe, and it is comfortable and easy to sit and wait in the spacious waiting area, and there's coffee available.
I have not had the best luck with auto repair work, in garage settings especially, so my "trustometer" is always on duty, hoping to find a good place that is kind competent and trustworthy.
I'm very thankful to have found this business and was impressed by John, who shared with me that he's been working here since he was a younger man just starting out in automotive repair.
He took care of me at the desk and also did the alignment for me and gave a very thorough and respectful explanation about what took place during the work and how things turned out and gave me photos and good notes so I would have them if I needed to refer to them later.
They even offered a coupon to first-time customers, which was very helpful.
I will travel back to this place for other work if I need it after this very good first experience.
I have an old-fashioned heart and appreciate real kindness, respect, competent workmanship, and care, and I found all of that here, and I am grateful.

Hoped for a simple alignment to clear ABS/TractionControl, turned out to be a steering position sensor, but CARS replaced, aligned and cleared within very reasonable labor hours.

Came in with my 2019 Corolla after making an appointment cause my dealership quoted me an absurd amount for my front brake rotors (no mention of pads). Got the same work and more for the same price on the same day I brought my car in which was originally just for a diagnostics check. I don’t normally write reviews but this was worth my time because John and his team are truly phenomenal. My car was already in the air and he offered to replace my brake rotors and pads right then and there. Thank you for the service!

Once again, John and his crew have done an excellent job repairing my old car, and helping me to keep it on the road. I'm always happy with the evaluation they give me, letting me know what was wrong, what was fixed, and what I have to look forward to. Nowadays, such information is critical in permitting me to plan for what expenses I can expect in the near future. Thank you, John!

I took my old, old car to John for repairs prior to an emissions test. He did extensive work for me, after explaining exactly what needed to be done, with pictures to illustrate the problem. He did excellent work, his prices were fair, and he even followed up with a phone call a few days later to check if everything was OK! I will gladly refer friends to you. Many thanks, John!
