I'd give negative stars if I could! They had a sign by the road saying "no waiting" for oil changes. So my husband turned in (Tues 8/6/24) to get an oil change before our vacation. He was informed he needed to make an appt. :/ Thurs morning (8/8/24) he made an appt for 10:30 AM that day. The appt was for ONLY an oil change with tire rotation for a 2006 Toyota Sienna (so, nothing fancy or unusual). He arrived on time for his appt. By 2:30, the oil change STILL hadn't been done & the manager told him it would be 30 min more. Four & a half hours AFTER the SCHEDULED appt! FOR ONLY AN OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION! At 3:30, they were just pulling our van out of the bay - a full hour after we were told "30 more minutes". We will NEVER return!!

Appreciated the timely attention to our needs. TJ was able to supply/install 4 new tires on short notice. No complaints. Will return.

I went to get 1 tire replaced and was talked into 4. I went bc convenience of location but won't make that mistake again. It took twice as long as I was told to replace the tires. They had difficulty taking my payment. I've used the card since with no issues. If I was called "doll" by the manager again I might have screamed. I'm not a feminist but that felt disrespectful. We weren't in a bar.

I was able to get a last minute appointment at Monro for an oil change and filter change and the appointment went very quickly, everything went amazing! Definitely recommmend , Tj was super helpful and polite, thanks again tj!

I was driving on a spare donut and needed a new set of tires within 24 hours. They had a brand new set with the exact size and specs for my vehicle. All the other shops I called said they wouldn't have my set 3-5 days min. Time is money. 2 hour installation same day. I was impressed. Fast, convienient service at a professional level. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this place if you are in a jam

I took my vehicle in for a hydraulic leak in the power steering, it took almost a week and when the car was delivered I drove home for about 10 minutes and noticed that when I pressed the brake the hydraulic system was leaking through the cover of the container. every time. When I pressed the pedal, a lot of bubbles came out, I immediately went back to the workshop and when I told him the problem that the master mechanic was having, he told me that it is only because the container is very full and that I can remove the excess myself, I told them that I pay to receive a complete service, they finally did it, but every time I press the brake it makes a noise like air and it doesn't have the same braking efficiency, now is more rigid
