What a wonderful experience! I made an appointment online via email from their website. During my appointment I worked with Sandy -- she was so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and easy to work with. She was did not add pressure in any way. The boutique was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was not looking forward to this part of the planning but this went way better than expected -- Bliss Bridal also had so many options -- there were many dresses I would have been thrilled with for my special day. Sandy also made me feel important and my appointment felt personalized. Highly Recommend.

In the beginning it was AWESOME! After the dress was purchased, it's been a nightmare, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AS A BRIDE! I needed my dress cinched, cut, TAILORD TO MY LIKING & ACCENT MY FIGURE! This tailor was soooo difficult to work with, she arrived 20+ mins late, then had the audacity to tell me don't be late for my appointments, I explained to her profusely how I WANT YOU TO CINCH MY DRESS!!!! I have a coca cola figure& want all my accents to show!!! I come back 2 for the dress still too big on me she had the nerve to tell me " well then you should of picked a smaller size" I said " I chose a bigger size because I had a baby a few months ago & women after birth some of us may swell or get slender. I wanted to play safe" 3rd try, we went back & forth as I'm telling her it's still toooooo big! To top it off, I only tried my veil once on the 1st fitting. When asked on the 3rd try she syas I had no veil. All in all, my wedding is this weekend & my dress still fits big!!! I checked my surrounding tailors but it's too late! Now I have a beautiful dress that doesn't fit!!! I'm sooo not happy, this lady left a bad taste in my mouth!!! I'm sooooo VEXED I left out of this place with TEARS IN MY EYES!!! I wish I went somewhere else.

The BEST experience!! I have gained some weight over the past few years and haven't been the most comfortable in my skin. I had gone to several bridal boutiques and couldn't find anything I liked with the newer curves in my body. I was feeling pretty disappointed and down on myself by the time of my appointment at Bliss due to my previous experiences at other boutiques. BUT I can't express how wonderful my appointment at Bliss was. Sandy (the owner) had me pick out several dresses that I thought I might like. After talking about what I liked about each one after trying it on, Sandy had a spark of excitement and told me that she had a dress that was just discontinued but in my size if I would like to try it, but I would have to buy it as is since it was no longer in production. I took the risk and tried it on. Before I even had the corset tied all the way up, I burst into tears. The dress was PERFECT!!! I could not have found a dress that made me feel more confident and beautiful. I am so grateful for Sandy's help and guidance! BONUS! After finding my dress there, several months later, I took my mom and mother-in-law to Bliss. They both got the most beautiful dresses! I also got a stunning tiara and custom veil. Bliss is a one-stop shop!

I absolutely adore Bliss Bridal! Sandy, the owner, made my experience so positive and exciting. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She never once rushed me and answered all my questions. She was considerate of my budget and the style that I was looking for. She was very honest with me and I never once felt rushed or stressed. What a wonderful experience and I found my dream wedding dress! I also found a beautiful veil here as well. Sandy has a variety of beautiful veils, head pieces and jewelry. Sandy recommended LD Alterations, which was also a fantastic experience for my dress alterations! Highly recommend Bliss Bridal!

Beautiful selection of sparkly gowns , lots of fit and flare styles. Love how you can go around and put heart tags on the dresses you want to try on. The owner/women that work there also hand pick different dresses you may have missed in the same styles.
The appointment was long which was good, and the bride (my daughter) tried on about 10 dresses. Never felt rushed. Beautiful selection of ivory/white and champagne gowns as well. Loved the prices. Pretty shop with gorgeous dresses.

Bliss
Bliss did an extraordinary job helping me find the wedding gown of my dreams! Sandy and Mary are amazing to work with-they are hardworking, kind, and communicative. When I went for my first try on of dresses, I liked the top of one dress and the bottom of another dress. Sandy went above and beyond after my visit and found me a dress that was exactly what I dreamed of. She was able to get it shipped to Bliss for a time that was convenient for me and we were all blown away with how beautiful the gown was! I wanted all the sparkle possible and Mary suggested adding glitter tulle under the first layer of the dress. Mary worked with alterations to make sure this was possible! LD Alterations, their partner for alterations was phenomenal to work with and Bliss made it very easy to transition from them to the alteration phase. I also got my headband and veil from Bliss. Mary communicated with the vendors to help me get a custom-made veil. I felt like Bliss was always available when I needed them. They were responsive via text or phone call. We loved working with them so much that my mom chose to get her Mother of the Bride dress through Bliss as well. Mary was patient and listened to exactly what my mom wanted. They went above and beyond and made us feel like we were the most important bride and Mother of the Bride in the room! :) I highly recommend Bliss for your bridal boutique needs-they were incredible to work with! Thank you for helping make our wedding day a dream come true!

The staff was so friendly and had wonderful service! I shopped here for my wedding dress and I found it that same day! I cried when I put it on and we all knew that was my dress. They kept the dress for me, and I was even able to have my alterations done with a woman who had a place right down the street from bliss bridal. She works closely with bliss, so they took my measurements and sent them over to the seamstress along with my dress which made things a lot easier for me! I was so happy with my visit!

You would think if you are paying $200+ for a dress they would at least try to accommodate and get a size that was close. Now because of how big the dress is we had to spend an additional $200 for the dress to be altered. So in total a bridesmaid dress is costing $400 for 1 day. Save your time and money and use an online site like Azazie so your bridesmaids aren’t spending an arm and a leg for a dress they’ll only wear once in their lifetime.

My experience at bliss bridal was so special ❤️ I found my dream dress there, the staff was very patient and communicated effectively with me when the dress and veil arrived. They also have their own alteration girls they work with as well as preservation and clean after the wedding!

I had the BEST and most wonderful experience shopping for my dream wedding dress!!! Every time I came in I felt as if I was the one and only priority. I am still receiving compliments on how gorgeous and beautiful my dress was for my September 10th 2022 wedding! Even the catering staff the night of the wedding told me they have done hundreds of weddings and my dress was the most stunning and beautiful they have ever seen! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and that was in large part due to my amazing and dream wedding gown!
