They are awGil. I ordered some plain bags and the material was poor. They told me there was a 20% restocking fee. That was never mentioned on their website or supposedly 100% guaranteed customer service. Sales representative was horrible. I reached out to the Manager and they never responded back. Don't waste your money on this company like I did.

Ordered 3 different items on 2 orders. We received the first order in a timely manner. The 2nd order only one of the items was sent. Repeated calls and emails. Got me no where. I also called all day 4/7 and all morning 4/10 the date I needed the rest of the order by and I swear they blocked my incoming number as no one ever answered. Kim our rep - useless - was never available and emailed once I sent a nasty email to her. I do not recommend this company at all.

I didn't read any reviews prior to placing a business order. For that, I'm very glad because I would have missed out on this company's product/service. I wanted some logo drawstring backpacks for promotional purposes and for retail sale for a bike shop. I found a couple businesses with similar products, but 4allPromos offered the product for about half the price. I placed an order and as instructed supplied our CA resale permit info in a reply email. Two days later I was notified that the sales tax was removed. I also received a proof (online) of our product within one day. It was perfect so I approved the production and within about 5 business days, we received our bags. These were way sturdier than I expected for the very low price. We couldn't be happier with the product, the ease of ordering, the ease of having the sales tax removed. Complete and absolute incompetence. I would avoid this company like the plague.They sent my order to the wrong address and then refused to do anything about it. Once I called UPS and had the shipment pulled from the truck, they tried to tell me first, that was impossible to do even with their super privileged "business account." Then once I did it they said that UPS was going to charge them for that and they would be charging my card on file for reimbursement.I was also going to mention my rep Cindy Sumner is the most useless rep I've ever dealt with of any customer service department, but then she was followed up by her manager, Karen Hartt, who put Cindy's incompetence to shame.Then, once I FINALLY get my hands on my product, I find out it's cheap garbage that I wouldn't want my brand or logo on. We threw the $1,500 order in the trash and said good riddance to this company.Hands down one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.

I called first thing in the morning to get a quote of bags for my company (have done that once in another company, shopping for same-o, cheaper price, and buy more). I was told to create an account, on which I did, and also sent my JPG photo, that was used in another vendor, that I CREATED.When I found out, they have OUTRAGEOUS $$$$ shipping charges, I got back on the phone again. I keep getting an email to APPROVE my order. I have sent another email, that I didn't want background, and that I want it exactly like my last photo. All through the day, it's a back & forth emails, when they weren't even answering my question, and that I need to send a HIGHER QUALITY photo. They also mentioned that MY CREATION is now THEIR PROPERTY? It's in MY JPG. and it's MY ART, they're saying is belongs to them? I just needed to re-order! I wasted most of my day, with them yesterday!I went & try to delete my account, I can't even do that. Instead, I went & put in fake address, fake phone #, etc. but the emails continue. FINALLY, I emailed back saying:That I found someone CHEAPER, and to please delete my account.BTW: There are many giving away FREE shipping with $75 or more, and or half off setting fees. Shop wisely. The cheap prices on bags, (each), may lure you to create an account, but with shipping charges that cost more than 100bags, then it is BUYER BEWARE!

Buyer beware! As with the many other 1 Star "Horrible Customer Service" reviews I experienced the bad customer service this business seems to excel at. Placed my order and heard nothing for two weeks beyond the expected delivery date. When I spoke with a customer rep they advised an email was sent out with a question about the order. Obviously, I did not receive the alleged email, and it did not occur to anyone to send a follow-up email and/or call for the next 6 weeks while the order sat in limbo.

I used this company last year so figured they were safe to use again. I purchased bags for Turkey Meals we provide families in need so we want to give the families a reusable tote they can keep. Anyhow, my order didn't arrive at the time I was told it would and can't get a clear answer of wether I would receive my order anytime soon. They keep telling me the woman handling my order is the only one who can help me yet they won't let me speak with her, only by email. I got a voice message asking me to call and the message said anyone could give me my status and after calling I got the same response that only Caitlin can help me. I would use discretion using this company especially if you need your order by a certain date. I won't use this company again and hope to at least get my money back.

Wow, I wish I had read all of these terrible reviews before I placed my order! I will not receive my custom item in time for my event, disappointing our staff and sponsors. I DID receive an item with another business's logo on it. It has been sitting in my office for two weeks and UPS has not come with a label for it, as promised. This is upsetting, as I know this bussiness is ALSO waiting for an item that has not come in time.Every time I called or emailed and emphasized my event date, I was told I would receive an email back with an update. The email back would only say that my order is in production and I would receive shipping information soon. This went on for over TWO WEEKS leading up to my event after I received the wrong thing. DO NOT use this company.

My experience is exactly the same as the others. They respond quickly to your request for quote, take your credit card & when you have questions you will never be able to get thru on the phone, vmails will not be returned (What's up Sharon?) & Cindy will answer 1 in 10 of your emails even though you get automated emails saying your order is on hold. As days went on without being able to reach anyone, I knew my project would not meet the deadline as promised just like the other reviewers. I ended up canceling & found someone else. I just made my deadline in time & ended up paying $160 less actually!

Liz was very nice to communicate with, but Kara is a nightmare. She is extremely rude, too. I sent a message on live chat, and accidentally transposed the last two digits of my order number. First of all, I know the notepads I ordered come from the Koozie Group (formerly Bic Graphic), but since the company I work for bought out an existing company, we need to reset all of our accounts and I didn't have the time to wait for all of that to happen- otherwise I'd have gotten them directly from Koozie for cheaper. Anyway, Kara starts flying off responses that have nothing to do with my order, and once she started saying that, I realized I transposed the last 2 digits and provided the correct order number. She doesn't even bother to look at that, but instead tells me I can check my order status online. Yeah, that's fine and all, but doesn't answer my question of which facility is it shipping from, because the Koozie Group has two locations. I need to know which facility to determine transit time. So when I tell her that the information is wrong thinking she'd see that I provided the correct order number, she actually has the nerve to copy and paste my initial comment. So what did I do? Copied and pasted the comment where I corrected myself. What did she do once she realized she was wrong? She disconnected the chat... When I reconnected thinking I'd get someone else, I got this idiot again. She disconnected. I reconnected and got her again... I guess she's the only person that does live chat. She said she's not going to help me because I am being rude. She disconnected again, and blocked my email address from seeing the chat option. I guess pointing out that I gave her the corrected order number and she didn't notice is her version of me being rude. LOL If anyone is interested in getting promo 10% or more below list price, contact me. I'm in this industry and can tell you where every single one of their items come from that if you can't go direct, a $50 LLC can give you access to all of these brands direct at a 40% discount or more.

This company is the worst, I placed an order for almost $500 worth of items, they charged my credit card and two months later...nothing! No email status, phone call etc. It is impossible to get a response to emails and voice messages. I would recommend finding another supplier for your needs.

Horrid. Do not use this company. Ordered over a month ago. Paid in full. No chance you can actually talk to anyone. Left rep emails, left messages. Got a email back and promised would get back to me..... Lied that she would get back to us. We missed our event I wish I could leave less than a 1*

All I can say is I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I got more help from the receptionist than my supposed sales rep, who never bothered to pick up a phone and call me. My order did not make it for the event either.
