It was a pleasant car shopping experience. Kim helped us with choosing the car we wanted, there was no haggling, long negotiations or anything like that - we just looked at the options, chose what we liked, took it for a test drive and that was it. Kim was very helpful, kind and courteous.
I highly recommend Land Rover Hartford dealership if you’re looking for a luxury SUV.

Wow! Jessica made the purchase of our new vehicle super easy. She is focused and had the desire to make sure everything was perfect. Also, she is very knowledgeable about the brand and all of the features these vehicles, come equipped with.

My experience was very positive and very efficient in all areas. The salesman that worked with me Brandon had the vehicle that I was interested in test driving parked out front and prepared with a license plate affixed in advance of my arrival. He patiently listened to all of my questions during and after the test drive and was knowledgeable in his answers. He was also straightforward with me during the pricing negotiation. Brandon left me with the distinct impression that he cared about my vehicle purchase experience. In addition, my in person and email interactions with Donna Warren, the Land Rover Specialist were very helpful and efficient and her responses were very timely.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Land Rover I went in on a Saturday and met with Brandon he was excellent showed me features in the vehicle that I probably would never have known about and I left with it that day all of the staff was great and I left feeling like a princess

Been to many car dealerships over the years and overwhelming sales people have me in and out..and if it wasn't for Miranda who explained every option of the pre-owned car and also called me the next day to make sure I was happy. That's something you can't learn in sales training.That's someone who really cares about the customer.

Ordered My 2024 Range Rover with that dealership. Waited for 1 year and 6 months for my car to arrive. I was on vacation when they called me to tell me that my car arrived. I told them to wait, I'm coming back from vacation in 3 days. Up on arrival i see that they already took picture of my vehicle and posted it for sale with a crazy mark up. Then strange things started happening. They were doing absolutely everything so i back out of buying that vehicle. Zero customer service. KYLE SKIBA their Sales Director, very dishonest person. My truck came with front bumper damage. MSRP was over $170k. Kyle promised my bumper to be professionally fixed. Guess what, they nail painted it. I have pictures of that job. Ridiculous. After showing he what kind of job they did he agreed to send truck to the body shop. I said fine but get it towed and don't put extra miles on it.(It already had 30 something miles on it). Car came back to the dealership in 2 days with extra 20 miles, great... I was not financing the vehicle and paying in full. They did not like that and Numerous times told me that i can not bring finance check from another bank, it has to be certified bank check from my account. (they do not accept finance of their vehicles with a different banks, never ever saw anyone practice same thing, this is America guys, we stand for freedom). So brought certified check from my account with my name on it, then they told me that i have to bring them 3 last statements from my account, for what!? I buy cash. On top of that they wanted me to sign the paperwork that i can not sell the car for next year. That supposed to be my first Range Rover, how am i supposed to sign that? what if i don't like the car? There was absolutely no test drives available for this vehicle.
Long story short i said that they can keep it and resale it for their crazy mark up price. If i had option to put zero stars for that dealership i would. They made me hate brand Range Rover.
And i had multiple expensive vehicle purchase in my life, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Aston Martin, Lamborghini. All of them was a pleasure experience. But this customer service is just bad...

Adrienne is amazing, very friendly and quiet where sales reps don't hound you while looking. Anything beyond the showroom in the lot though, you will need a rep to look at.

I Had a beautiful and memorable experience with Kim. I walked in a few days prior to my birthday with a lot of anxiety associated with making a decision as I am a practical person with big dreams ?. She was very patient, ‘real’ and full of energy. I felt confident leaving the establishment because her rapport building skills are top tier. Very “down to earth”!
The process did not finalize until a day after my birthday however it was not daunting as she checked in and provided frequent updates.
Long story short?ask for Kim when you walk into that beautiful show room.
