Single female traveling alone from Long Island to MA. Tire blew out, luckily close to northwest auto. John, the owner and his staff were a God send. They put on my spare and ordered a new tire which was installed the next day.
Kind, helpful, polite staff.

Terrible business, they believed my car didn’t have a “catalytic converter” when the computer said it clearly did. I have paperwork from THE SAME DAY DONE BY A DIFFERENT SHOP. This was for emissions, the company disregards your thoughts and knowledge on the car because they believe they are better than others. Below, I will attach a photo of the emissions done on the same day of this review by a different ship stating I have one. Would not recommend to anyone around, sketchy and uniformed mechanics who don’t know what they’re doing. I was also just informed that this company LET AN ILLEGAL VOLKSWAGEN GTI pass emissions with a straight pipe and not catalytic converter. Sad.

Had some transmission shifting issues, and failed inspection for check engine light. It wound up being a few worn out cables, Charles and crew were able to schedule and appointment, and complete the work on time, and at a fair price! I will be a steady customer going forward when I need something repaired promptly!

This place has amazing customer service! Charles helped us to get a temp tag in order to us to drive back home to Idaho. Very friendly, quick and professional. He helped us with all our concerns and had us on our way. We definitely will be coming back! Highly recommend!
