We have used this business and they have been prompt in deliveries, both propane and oil. One of their representatives, Marissa B. has been courteous and helpful several times, giving us up to date info and answering our other inquiries.

My parents have been customers for over 30 years with no issues, then, like many customers, a missed auto delivery meant they were without heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. Then, a few weeks later, they managed to overfill the oil tank and flood my parents' basement with oil. At first, they were only going to do the bare minimum to fix it before my mom really got on them and called the fire department to confirm what needed to be done. They wanted to leave the mess as it was and come back a few weeks later, leaving the whole house smelling like oil fumes!!! Such a safety and health hazard and totally neglectful and unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.
