Read the reviews and thought to myself "it can't be that bad." Paid for priority shipping just for the package to not be delivered on time and I was given a tracking # that never worked. I had to go back in person for my refund but to also figure out where my package was. On both occasions I came multiple people also were dealing with issues from this place. Don't ship here if it's something important or not just a basic letter.

Nothing like telling me they won't look into my missing Express Mail package until after 6pm...which is after they are closed. So too bad so sad come back tomorrow... Thanks for nothing. Whoever the Station Manager is at this location (who did nothing but pull the tracking off the website like I did) should be fired - need people who actually care about Customer Service in that position.

Every time I go to the Brookfield USPS I am treated with courtesy and professionalism. They always have the forms you need available and answer questions politely and thoroughly

Always excellent service and good people, and it is not crowded most of the time. This is the Post Office to go to.

Its the Post Office. You mail stuff there. Occasional cheap community theater when the angry ex-pat English LBGQ gardener pitches a fit about her neighbor wanting to install a mailbox on her side of the street, where the USPS wants them. True story. Hilarious, Karen unglued. ?

I've always had quick and friendly service at this post office. My packages are always delivered timely from this location, and in great condition. As someone who works in customer service, bless these employees for tolerating the people of this area! Thank you!

This post office is one of the worst. Horrible and overall rude staff. They are unhelpful and unwilling to offer assistance in any aspect. They have lost tons of mail for my business, and offer no help when I reached out to them to figure out why so many clients were not receiving their orders. It’s unfortunate to say the least.

I can not get someone on the phone I tried for a hour, the automatic messages are all wrong there is no point of even trying to call them.

The Brookfield postoffice here has had my respect for years maybe 50 or so . Unlike someone with a bee in their bonnet . Bull . Standing so much time being negative.Try going with the flow . Some people are hard to please.

Everyone at the Post Office goes out of their way to help. They have a tough job facing them with the tools they have to work with. We have to support them.
