Drove 25 minutes to get two 2.5 inch muffler clamps and shelves were empty! Almost every slot on shelf was empty except for those few very odd sized clamps that no one uses. Went 30 minutes before closing and they could not wait to push me out the door as I was asking how they could not even stock a few simple muffler clamps. This is A want to be auto parts store with not even the most basic stocking of parts!

i was so so pleased with the customer service - on two separate visits i was helped by Ethan. he was so helpful and took extra time to help me solve my headlight issue. shout out ethan :)

My entire experience with Autozone in Brookfield was stellar! From the rep who answered my call, to the service guy who took my 2 dead car batteries. They all went above and beyond! I'm so grateful. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks again

The best AutoZone EVER! I wanna give a shoutout to Danny, I just came in with my boyfriend to get brake pads and routers and we’ve been super nervous about doing the work ourselves, Danny was so helpful and was able to help us get everything we need.
