Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and got the window shut in my face. Tried to go through the front entrance and was kicked out and told that they were closing at 4 PM that day and wouldn't open until next week, but refused to answer why. My prescription is already paid for and sitting at the pharmacy, but I guess there's no one there to put through a transfer or cancellation. The pharmacy has always had a couple people at any given time with masks on their chins (at a place where they have COVID tests/vaccines/medicines, like, come on medical professionals), so I'm not surprised that the whole store is probably sick now. But they really don't have anyone on-call that can even remotely handle cancelling and transferring prescriptions or something? Even crappy clothing stores at the mall have a Plan B for this kind of thing by now. People shouldn't suddenly be without their prescriptions for several days at best.

For the second time, Walgreens messed up my photos. Manager would not refund because he said they were cropped. His employee did that, not me. So I came home to call Walgreens headquarters; was credited points since the manager refused to give my money back. Talked to a different manager, Amanda, she said find the receipt and bring it back, or else I will not get my money back, never mind the order and price is on my profile on walgreens.com, and on my bank statement. So, I find the receipt, go into Walgreens Park avenue, and was told I had no points, while in fact I have over 57,000 points, but she said I did not. And was told by another very rude cashier that the manager was busy unloading the dock and I had to wait for him for 30 minutes. I called the police and informed them of what was going on. I was given a complaint number to go to police station to do a report for THEFT, since I followed procedure and bought in my receipt. There is no way a manager should tell a paying customer that he wont come up front until he is finish on the dock, either wait thirty minutes or leave. I blew up at the rude cashier and the manager. Security guard comes over and I look him up and down and tell him I dont know what he think he is going to do with that gun, and that he is not the only with a gun and we can shoot this b**** up, with pleasure and for him to come get in my face, when all I want is my money back. The cashier kept the receipt. Going to sue to get my money back, and never ever set foot in this ghetto a** store again.

As usual there was a long line and associate decided to open up another register she called for the next person online no one moved a couple of people behind the next person online decided to go to her register When I saw that I decided to go behind that person to be next on her line instead she decided to ignore me and say I can help the next person on line and I looked at her and I said I'm next I'm here she said it's only one line and I'm helping the next person in line I told her that I was coming from that Long line she called for the next person again as I tried to explain (I'm 2 ppl behind) she calls me rude. So I got upset and embarrassed and raised my voice because no one should have to hear that I'm being rude because nobody else decided to move in the line all I'm trying to do is move the line And instead she called me rude. I shop in that store multiple times per week and that was unprofessional and uncalled for. I will be bringing this to her subordinates.

I love the pharmacy and all the people that work hear. They always greet in and out . Ask if you need help. And have great sells on the candy.

In my experience, the pharmacy is very slow. They leave me on hold for extremely long periods of time & even continously hangs up on me. When in store, the waiting period is long. It becomes frustrating having to inquire about or pick up my mother's medicine. The drive thru can be a pain as well. The pharmacy needs to implement better customer service.

These people are incompetent they need interpersonal skill and product knowledge, it's always a issue when is time to fill prescription, that 2.8 is to much for them give them a 0.

the morning security guard, on April 2nd, didn't know the difference between photo and Fedx. Not only that he was rude to an African American lady who parked a bit crooked, he was also ignorant of the fact that the store has a Fedx drop off/pick up services, or maybe he didn't know that Fedx is actually a shipping company. He was loud and nasty. I complained to the morning manager, a very polite young lady, who stated that the guard is from an outsourced agency. Still, the guard is the face of the store. An ignorant (of the store various functions) and rude person, especially in the morning shift, would turn many people off. I know I won't be going there anytime soon. I dropped off my Fedx package at Walgreen on Kings Highway, a two minutes ride. It took three minutes. every one was pleasant and professional. There is a huge difference between the two stores. AVOID 1000 Park ave.

0 out of 5 stars Service is bad, I'm in the professional field and can believe that I called to see if my prescriptions was ready and they told me yes, went to pick it up and there told me they don't have it in stock to come tomorrow very Unprofessional wasted my time and gas

Products are fairly priced. Pharmacy technicians are great but they needton work on the front checkout system. Lines too long and sometimes the cashiers are inept.

The pharmacists that took care of me was so unprofessional, like if my meds are free. Have no knowledge of billing our insurance. Plain and simple I will NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. they might give me the wrong prescription anyways LOL

Had an encounter with the "manager" (white guy with the pedophile mustache that he curls with his boyfriends semen) watching me as I shopped and sent his gorilla guard to check me because clearly I wasn't white enough to shop there for his taste...crackheads loitering outside and begging and the long lines are not worth the trip here.

I worked across the street from Walgreens, My 2 co-workers and I decided to get our flu shots and we decided to go at lunch time, while we were there the pharmacist was taking a long time to check on our insurance, 20 minutes later she came back and said that our insurance didnt cover walgreens and that we needed to go to our primary Dr, I found that odd and we left, I called my insurance and they told me that we can get our flu shot there and that they were billing wrong, they can actually see when they tried, they told us that they needed to billed the ins. as medical not pharmacy, we went back and explained that to the same lady, she immediately had an attitude and kept mumbling something, she went to the back and called our insurance, she came back 10 minutes later and told us another LIE, that we needed a referral they way she said it "like I said before you need to see your primary Dr. like we were idiots or didnt know what we were talking about. now we had wasted our lunch time without the flu shot. so I decided to call my insurance and they said we never said you need a referral or see your primary, they are billing it wrong, so they gave me all the billing codes and we call the pharmacy again to give them the codes, well they were offended lol I could hear them in the background talking crap, well they tried with the codes and what ever they had done before I heard when they said it was locked OMG then she comes back on the phone and said that they cant get the codes in and hung up on me, so we decided to call the Stratford walgreens and over the phone they were able to punch in the codes with no problem. We just had to go in and get the flu shot, problem solved our insurance was right and park ave walgreens with their alter ego and horrible customer service were wrong. So for the last time we called to let them know that the stratford walgreens didnt have a problem at all and they hung up on me, like wth. So they lost 3 customers on the spot and I will make sure I will tell over 300 employees that they don't go there for their flu shot that its a nightmare and poor customer service, big lost for them. I will NEVER go there again and I dont care if Im across the street, I rather drive and go somewhere else.
