I have been trying to get a Certificate of Insurance for an insured of Rohuer for nearly 2 months. It has been requested by the company I work for and the insured many times, and Rohuer simply does not respond. Their phones just ring then go to voice mail -- and the voice mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message. I've been in the insurance industry for 11 years and have never come across any insurance company that flat out does not respond. What would happen if there was a claim, God forbid. There are lots and lots of reputable insurance agencies out there .. choose one of them.
