Eslinger does not speak to customers over the phone, no matter the nature of the call! Then I tried Gesswein and Roger called me back in a flash. Roger carefully listened to and diagnosed my business needs. He helped me select a steamer that fit my budget. I now understand "three bars", nozzles, and the merits of various tank sizes. As a former management professor, I can tell you that this is customer service done the way you've always dreamed about.”

“This Home Depot is my hometown store. Essentially it has everything the other stores have, my only criticism is the fact that some items are not the same as other stores nearby. For example, whenever I visit the Fairfield store in the front, outside they normally have grills and other items in the front- but some of the items the Fairfield store has are not the same which are out in the front of the Bridgeport store. The Fairfield store has all types of Weber grills and other high end models but in the Bridgeport store you have the lower models. I wonder why. But essentially for all most hardware, tools and paint needs it is about the same. One thing I will say is the employees at the Bridgeport store seem to be a lot nicer.”
