“First time ever dealt with this company, after having my millions (I wish) in the old Peoples Bank which is now gobbled up by the nightmare/horrific M&T. What a crappy bank. Had to find an investment broker/company. Colleagues mentioned Fidelity, but virtually impossible to get thru their 1-800 phone tree. Didn't realize they had a direct line. Finally got thru, reached Sal, set up an appointment. After about 20 minutes I realized this is where I need to be. Signed everything and made the switch. He was helpful, did not sell any products, met me where I was and very helpful. A few days later I realized one of my beneficiaries was spelled wrong. Sent him an email, and he got back to me promptly. Said I could make the change. Wow, that was EZ.”

I've been to the location several times this summer. Ms Steer is just not warming, inviting (doesn't ask if she can help you whether you're waiting to be called to her window or at her window. Just stares. Asked me for extra personal information despite me presenting government issues identification, doesn't say thank you when transaction is complete) It the convenience this branch that makes me stop here, but her disposition is one to avoid.”

“Hope & Hernandez provides a great service if you want the human touch to handle your tax forms.My father somehow found or was referred to this business several years ago and we've had them do our entire family's taxes for decades now ever since--and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon.Charlie (a CPA, Certified Public Accountant) and Vivian (accountant) are both adept @ finding all the deductions that you would qualify for and properly fill out your tax forms for you. Also, if you have any questions, they're professionals. They're just a phone call away and always patient to answer all questions that you have.If it's comes down to TurboTax (Computer or AI) or Hope & Hernandez (humans)? I'd prefer a human to handle the job, go through my taxes and do the deductions properly with a "fine toothed comb." What about you?”
