The worst Webster branch. Kelly the bank branch manager is extremely rude. Doesn’t want to help. Been banking with Webster for 10 plus years. Multiple business through the years. Never have been so disappointed with customer service like Kelly provided. Will be leaving very soon!

This banking center is amazing. I needed to do quite a few transactions and they were able to get everything done seamlessly and with ease even amid the conversion. All of the staff were lovely and very welcoming too. Absolutely love this branch and if you have any questions they can definitely help you out! Shout out to Natalie Langley specifically for helping me out today!

If you are looking for current events and weather update this is a great place to go. For banking my mobile device is more attentive and efficient. Tellers are more concerned with socializing rather than the customers banking needs. Applied for a home equity line and they ran my wifes credit after I told them I did not want it run. Her credit went from a 848 to a 760. All i got was a "i am sorry" and "its no big deal."

How totally unfair to see only one review and only one star. I have been with Webster Branford office for over 30 years and appreciate their responsiveness and helpfulness with my questions.

It's a large scale bank with a small town vibe. Even though they recently revamped their space (I prefer the previous space for nostalgic reasons, though what they did recently is attractive and state-of-the-art), the staff remains just as friendly, warm, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and professional as always. That's what matters. I've been a satisfied customer for 13 years and definitely don't plan to venture elsewhere. They have helped me with identity theft by overseas scammers, upgrading my checking account, halting fraudulent transactions, identifying CD rates and so much more. I'm grateful that such a helpful establishment exists in this day and age. Their wonderful ladies and gentlemen are well-trained. I also appreciate the fine folks who work for the Webster call center as they, too, have helped me numerous times.
