I purchased my vehicle online, but I've used the service center here for all of my maintenance. The service is always friendly and quick, and they always take the time to explain any work that needs to get done and break down any costs. I just may buy my next car here when the time comes!

We came into the dealership and everyone was so welcoming and so respectful. Joseph Pelliccio and Mario Quito have to be the best sales consultant and sales manager I have ever met. The process was Quick and painless and with no games. I recommend everyone to make this their first stop and I promise you will be truly satisfied. Best of all it is the dealership with the most inventory. I have been all over CT, trust me.

The so called business manager claims they supply a rental. No they don't , I regret buying a car there! They are crooked and nasty! They sold me and my husband a lemon! The car is burning oil it has a transmission leak and it has not been abused , nor does it have 100,000 miles yet! The service manger is rude and I have gotten nothing but the run around! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I am considering going to a different Kia repair center . And I have a warranty! Nothing but a headache! Teresa Annunziata

My wife and I bought a Kia Sportage, previously owned, two and a half years ago. We just found out it is burning oil. It is still under warranty. The service section told us they would have to take apart the engine to diagnose the problem. And if it is under warranty it could take 3-4 weeks to repair with a new engine. Our warranty covers a rental car but only $35 for 10 days. We called around and there is no rental fee that cheap. Which we would have to pay the difference. Plus make the payment for the car for the month we won't have it? Also talking to them they are very cocky. Years ago I owned a car that needed work done that was faulty and the dealership furnished me a vehicle, no problem. For a week. We don't know what to do. If we should just surrender the car or try another dealership. We only have the one vehicle and my wife needs to get to work.

This review is strictly for the parts department. I ordered an item online and contacted them to make sure it would arrive before my upcoming trip. I asked to please cancel the order if that request could not be met. They assured me that it was in stock and would ship on time.After not receiving shipping confirmation, I reached out a day later for a status check (no response). I asked them again to cancel the order and I would source the part elsewhere (no response).They failed to ship the item for several days, missing the deadline. I had to refuse the package so it would be shipped back to them. After receiving the return, they issued a partial refund to account for shipping costs. This item should not have been shipped at all and now I'm supposed to eat that cost? This could have been easily avoided if they had:1) Been honest about their item/shipping availability2) Communicated instead of ignoring messages3) Shipped when they said they wouldPoor customer service and poor business practices.UPDATELooks like I received a response to this review from the business owner (they responded quicker to this than to any email or eBay messages).A response to their response:---"eBay doesn't give us an option to refund shipping because we have it set up as nonrefundable"Right. YOU have it set to nonrefundable, not eBay. You mean to tell me that you couldn't figure out a way to make this right?---"You received a full refund in the end"Yes. After writing this review, I filed a claim with eBay and THEY made the refund complete. Not you.----"Your order shipped well within the ship time eBay and us gave you"I addressed this in my original review, but this is false. I contacted your parts department immediately to make sure it would arrive on time. I asked to cancel the order if it would not ship on time. I was told that it would ship on 3/17 (and it would have arrived on time). It didn't ship until 3/19.---"FedEx shows delays"Yes, because I called them to refuse the package as I would've been out of town when it arrived (which is why I needed it sooner). Those delays are in the return shipping.You earned this L. Either apologize for the bad experience and say you'll do better or take it and move on.

Carlos, in the finance department, is incompetent and super rude. He yelled at me over the phone because he did not know how to do his job. Was assessed taxes when we shouldn't have been.

I recently purchased a Kia at a different dealership. I had a horrible experience.I have purchased 2 vehicles at Premier a new Subaru and a Kia.I have never had a bad service or sales experience at Premier. I wish I could have waited for the exact vehicle I wanted. I will always return to Premier.
