I recently got my daughter’s ears pierced with Charlie he did my older daughters as well when she was a baby. I can’t say enough good things about my experience he was very precise with the placement of the marks before piercing her ears. He does one ear at a time so she can have a break in between! Everyone there is so friendly and attentive! I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs!

I do love store, but got a bracelet re-threaded and i'm not super happy about it. Wish it was more seamless and unnoticeable. From what I understand they are not the ones who do it, but still unfortunate.

Went in for watch battery replacement. Young woman starts to fill out receipt on envelope. No one is there as a customer but me. I ask if she can just do it now. She takes them, replaces the batteries. Next day I am doing dishes. Later notice moisture on the crystal inside. On close inspection it's obvious that the back was not seated properly. Go back in next day that they're open. Explain what happened. Was questioned like I was trying to put one over. All I wanted for my $19+ was my watch to not be carelessly damaged. Though they're close, I will go to other jewelry shops I can trust to do good work.

I came to Branford Jewelers to create a unique engagement ring for my fiancée in a more masculine style. They weren't able to make certain features work, but the suggestions and recommendations they provided worked out even better than my original plan! They were extremely responsive and easy to work with, and my fiancée and I could not be happier with the results. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking to create a bespoke ring with incredibly knowledgable and creative professionals. I no longer live in Branford, but will absolutely be going to them any time we need ring maintenance!

Branford Jewelers is the absolute best fine jewelry shop in CT. I had the opportunity to meet Charles and I was instantly able to connect with him because of the passion we both have for our respective businesses. He takes customer service very seriously. I had purchased a watch and a pendant that are both spectacular. I went to have a few watch batteries replaced with the expectation to fully pay for the service however, Charles performed the service at no charge given I purchased a few unique pieces from his jewelry shop. The staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very competitive but for me it was the customer service that was most important. I'm looking forward to doing business with Branford Jewelers in the near future!

A friendly place with skilled craftsmen and knowledgable staff. I have bought beautiful pieces, had repairs made on several antique pieces, had some gift items altered to meet my tastes and had my Raymond Weil watch cleaned and repaired. All 100% to my satisfaction.

I brought in a ring we bought in Thailand to have the broken stone replaced. The service and work is excellent, we are very pleased with the new stone. The owner made sure we were happy with the results. I also brought in 2 inexpensive Timex watches for new batteries and the staff was just as pleasant. They also have some beautiful jewelry for sale. Definitely my go to jewelry store from now on!
