I tried contacting AAA regarding an insurance policy . I was transferred 5 times and was on hold for 45 minutes. All representatives were rude especially the male receptionist at the Branford location.

AAA Travel experience was terrible. We called the Branford office for our Honeymoon. Little did we know that it rolled to a regional system. I was lead to believe that it was the Branford office. Once our trip was booked I never heard from our travel agent Austin again. I had to track down someone to pay the remainder or my reservation or it would have been canceled. I ask for a supervisor to call me no one called back. When you pay 7k for a trip you at least expect a call back. No one cared. Terrible experience.
