“Century Collision did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear-ended. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my car quickly. They're professional and honest. My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”

“I will attest to the owner’s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.”

“AAA dispatch willfully neglected my towing request for 12 hours, and I called Friendly. In 15 minutes, Miguel showed up with his truck and delivered my vehicle to my auto shop. Miguel patiently interacted with the office manager and parallel parked my oversized SUV in a narrow driveway with mind blowing dexterity. When I realized that my car key had fallen out of my pants pocket and was back at my house, Miguel drove me back and then personally delivered the key back to the shop. He said my house was on his way, which was partially true. His patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, however, went well above and beyond even high expectations. I give Friendly and Miguel my highest recommendation.”

Scott is honest and always does his best to help you save however you can. This shop is reliable and I’m a car guy so I pay close attention to details like what my vehicles look like prior to going into a shop and how it comes out, I look at the materials used and I want to make sure that I’m getting exactly what I pay for. I learned that with this shop, you’re good. I know it’s something you may have to build up with time on your own but from my experience, I know these guys did everything they could to make sure the job was done and done right. “I had to have my car towed today. Obviously this isn’t an uncommon situation. But for a bit of backstory I own a Saab. That company folded over a decade ago. So I’ve seen that car on the back of a flat bed more than I’d like to admit. I’ve never seen a technician hook up the car as confidently and efficiently as my technician today. Garrit showed that he was not only a skilled technician by hooking it up first go (Saab has a weird hookup location) but he also arrived sooner than expected and was very efficient.”
“Everyone was very nice and patient, had to to stay the night truck was out of service with a broken leaf spring. They made me feel at home let me watch TV and had conversations with the owner. They got done with the difficult job within the next day and was back on the road and they had one the most beautiful bullys I ever seen mechanics were nice and professional great service.”

“Had a piece of metal which sliced my tire and dropped it off there on a Saturday to get a new tire installed. Got called that it was ready the next Monday. 5 stars for quick service. 1 star for when I got the bike, the person who rode it out of the shop for me pointed out that the mechanic who did it scratched the crap out of my muffler! Going back tomorrow to talk to the owner since he was apparently out when I went to pick up the bike. Will edit review once I get it worked out because otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Everyone was very friendly.
Edit: Brought my bike back to the shop and the got it taken care of free of charge! They even offered to replace my muffler but I told them I just wanted the paint touched up to prevent rust. Will definitely go back there for service in the future.”
