Shepard’s did an amazing job with our move from CT to MA this June. Full house move and nothing missing, broken. The team was well managed and efficient. Well priced and fairly priced. Even moved our grand piano with all our belongings! Disposed of some large furniture pieces we did not wish to bring,fairly priced. Highly recommend them, and a local company. Great customer service!

A family member who used Shepard's Moving and Storage 48 years ago and again 15 years ago highly recommended them to us.
We were so glad and thankful for there recommendation because they made are move easy and less stressful.
The 3 workers arrived on time and were very professional polite and friendly.
I can understand why this company is still in business after 48 years because they know how to treat there customers
and that is very rare in this day and age.
Also Barbara from the office was a pleasure to work with.She is very efficient and on top of her game.I want to thank you for making our move a pleasant one.

I had the delightful experience of having Shepherds Moving Co. do a triple move to and from in 3 different CT towns. Their crew was very courteous and efficient. Ine item we had moved was a large crystal chandelier. Though they were unable to reassemble the chandelier in the new location on the same day, they were able to arrange it a few days later. I would highly recommend using them for any of your moving needs.

Terrible customer service.
Very rude response when we reported problems.
2 furniture broken.
Covered by moth, moth egg and worm.
When the staff come in to my house, they dropped lots of dirt.
I won’t recommend this company for keeping your furniture.

Had a fantastic experience with Cesar, Roberto, Rick & Selvin on my move on March 22.
They were very fast in loading & unloading their truck & most importantly, they were careful with my things & also took care in not getting either place dirty.
I absolutely recommend Shepard’s Moving & wouldn’t hesitate for a second in using them again!

I highly recommend Shepard's Moving and Storage Company. They responded back quickly, did the estimate quickly, and was very reachable and available to answer questions. The staff guided me through the process from start to finish. There was very good communication, especially on the day before the move and the day of the move. The movers were punctual, respectful, and did an excellent job overall with the 3.5 hour drive to another state. They packed up my 2 bedroom condo in 2.5 hours and unloaded it around that timeframe as well. They took care of my belongings and put items back together that were broken down for the transport. The estimate was merciful and they did not add on extra costs as I stayed within the quote. I was scared about using movers for the first time. I was scared that I would be ripped off or scammed. Shepherd Moving was honest, trustworthy, professional, credible, and kept good records. I am grateful to have found them at such a stressful and chaotic time in my life. They made it one less thing I had to stress over. Thank you Shepherd's Moving & Storage for helping me with this move!
