We were quoted one price and immediately after the initial payment, the price increased. When I spoke with some lady at the facility, who said she was the manager, said the price will increase immediately. Don’t recommend using this company.

I had an outstanding experience with Prime Storage today. Vaughn's exceptional customer service stood out, and the facility is impressively clean and organized. The added perk of a $100 Amazon gift card for referring a friend adds to the overall satisfaction. Still waiting for the gift card thou.., but I'll update once received. I'm giving 4 stars for now, reserving the 5th star for when I receive my bonus gift card.

I was very fortunate to have Teresa helping me with my storage unit. She was clear, detailed, and super helpful with everything I needed to know. She also has a very upbeat personality and was so welcoming. The one advance I would give, if you’re looking for a storage unit, ask for Teresa by name! She will help make this experience super seamless and easy!

Theresa was amazing! I broke my lock after hours and wasn’t able to get a replacement right away and she called immediately the next morning and let me know she put a different lock on there for me. Good looking out Theresa and prime storage! Would definitely recommend prime storage to anybody ! :)

Not overly happy with them and I have been leasing since before they bought it. If you late with a payment they come off like OMG they will have to file for bankruptcy! e-,mails, messages, real pests! And if you are in the hospital they don't give a crap as it's all about the $ Money $ for them. I wrote the CEO and never got any response. Just cleaned out my unit and got something smaller, eventually we will move out - some of their employees are good guys...

Vaughn, the Manager at Bethel Prime Storage, exhibits impeccable customer service. As the Social Worker for the Town of Bethel, I have relied heavily on him to help secure storage units to store items on behalf of The Town of Bethel Social Services. He makes this process very simple for me and does so in a manner that meets significant time restrictions to accommodate evictions. He is very kind, compassionate and respectful of the person who was evicted, the State Marshal and I. This review is based on multiple encounters with Vaughn. I truly appreciate having someone reliable that can assist in a difficult time. He always goes above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. Aside from Vaughn being the best, the storage units at Prime Storage have been reliable, safe and easily accessible. I have never been disappointed by my experience overall. I feel so fortunate to have Prime Storage and Vaughn right in town to meet the storage needs for Bethel Social Services. Thank you!

Used Prime Storage for about two years while my wife and I searched for a home. Unit was clean when we moved our stuff in there and there was zero damage or wear and tear to my items (aside from some dust) when we moved out. Access to the facility was easy and convenient and I felt very comfortable leaving my stuff in their hands. Shout out to Teresa, who facilitated my exit. Customer service was excellent.
