There was confusion between the web advertised price and price actually offered. The attendant was able to work it out to get the lower advertised price. His instructions were very clear and professional. The storage unit was clean and in good shape.

I recently needed to upgrade my unit and Matt took the time to show me several and helped me decide what would work best for my situation. I really appreciated the time spent. Everyone that works at Prime Storage in Bethel is wonderful! Highly recommend!
