“I have been pleased with Schaller, since the time I bought my car (thank you, salesman John Benner). Service has always been good. And today, my tire pressure dipped low and I drove over there to see if someone could add air (I was having trouble with the air pump due to dexterity issues). Louis (or Lewis , or Luis—not sure of the correct spelling) took the time to check and fill all my tires, not just the one I knew for sure was a bit soft. It’s a little thing, but it’s a big thing in terms of good customer service. Thumbs up and thank you, Schaller.”

“Even though they towed my friend car they didn't have to let her take it cause it wasn't registered but they did and he even put it back up on the truck and towed it to another parking lot because he couldn't let her drive it out of the yard so we followed him up the Berlin turnpike to a empty parking lot where he dropped it and she drove it from there He didn't have to let it go and she would have lost her car by the time it would have taken too get it registered a two Hundred dollar bill would of been $1,000.00 or more She definitely lucked out of that one thanks tow truck driver for being understanding”

“Tucker was extremely respectful, could not have been more nice and professional. Fixed my front brakes, and told me the back brakes did not need attention now, which i appreciated. Also i told him i probably needed a new battery, because leaving my door open for a short time caused me to jump it twice already , door in vehicle was noteven opened long, and caused a dead battery which was strange. He tested it and said no your battery is good, and he did other things as well too see. then he asked me a question to which i answered yes , then the reason was solved . I’m highly confident another mechanic would easily of charged me for a battery i did not need . But Tucker and his mechanics did not. Thanks again , i will be back”
