Tried to update a signature for a church account. Every time when we do this it something different. Seems like they don’t have competent staff at this branch.

Being charged by bank for losing job several months ago due to covid-19. No correspondence, phone calls nor attempt to contact me made at all about my account. Got off phone to hear any fees or deductions from my account cannot be waived. You are charging me, for hardships that were faced during the heart of Covid-19. I was only ever able to open the account, and was unable to do anything after being furloughed until recently, to find out this mess. Very disgusting turn of events.
