I have been with Flora and Team since I moved to Simsbury 23 years ago. This bank is like a family . Everyone is helpful and kind, and very knowledgeable. Every experience is incredible ! They take time to help in any situation with a smile . I highly recommend this bank.

Seams like they cannot get anything right the first timeOpened a new account and changed me credit card to their card waited two weeks no cardWent to them and was told someone put the wrong wording on the application and was deniedThey found the problem and would call me the next dayNo call

One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with, wish I would give them a zero. Can't process checks correctly, atms constantly breaking, avoid at ALL cost.

Not Farmington Bank anymore. People are nice but no community bank feeling anymore.Lots of new hidden fees everywhere. Changing soon

I stopped going to this location because some of the tellers would act like it was an inconvenience to process a simple transaction even though it is their JOB. So happy I closed all my accounts and switched banks.
