DO NOT LEAVE ANYHTING VALUABLE IN YOR CAR!!! If you take your car, here make sure you take out everything that you care about they have sticky fingers over there I made the mistake of leaving an obd 2 scanner on the backseat and guess what never to be seen again horrible service DO NOT GO HERE.

I love almost all he people here and have been coming here for years, but i am done! Their MAIN mechanic Joel does nothing but swear all the time and insult people.. I would much rather go somewhere where they are more professional..

So disappointed with my most recent experience (1/6/22)! We've spent thousands of $$ here in the past, and thought of them as top notch, but no more. Until this week we've always had excellent service and work! Called Monday asking for a quote and appointment to have the VVT valves replaced on a 2015 Traverse. Never called me, I had to call all three times asking for an update. Then I was told the mechanic said it was too much work and required specialized tools. This is not true. Standard 4 to 6 hours and standard tools. I just didn't want to do it myself. JUST NOT RIGHT from a customer service experience. Be warned.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

08 Toyota RAV4 V6 Limited required Water Pump, Serpentine Belt, Thermostat and Spark Plugs replacement. As a local Woodland Park resident, was referred to Vascholtz as a local honest and reasonable automotive repair family owned business. Stopped by and spoke with Shelly and Clint Vascholtz for a quote and scheduled an appointment. Shelly and Clint were very friendly and Clint confirmed the rattling noises were indeed worn bearings in the water pump. Provided the Toyota OEM parts and Clint and his mechanics had the maintenance completed in 6 hours. Overall costs were reasonable and fair versus what the Toyota dealer would have charged. I will return to Vascholtz Automotive. Recommend Clint and his team for your local Automotive Repairs.

The service was excellent. Patrick, the technician, diagnosed the problem with my car in very little time. His diagnosis was spot on. The replacement part was ordered and delivered in the space of a few minutes and installed. We were on our way home within a hours time.Very good service on a late Friday afternoon. Quality service; reasonable cost. Thank you!
