Farmers Insurance and Crash Champions made it so easy to get my car repaired. Everything from scheduling online to having the rental car dropped off at their location. Communication is excellent with getting updates twice a week on where the process is. The staff is so nice and easy to work with. I strongly suggest using them for a great experience!

The communication was exceptional - I'm so grateful for their attentive actions every step of the way. From my first phone call to schedule an initial visit to the pick-up, the service was impeccable! I felt comfortable leaving my car with them solely due to their kindness and dedication to making the process seamless. Although there was a slight mix-up in parts, the genuine apologies and reassurance that they would promptly fix the situation and return my car only when it was safe made all the difference! I would 100% recommend this shop and return to them in the future if needed!

I would never use this body shop. I had a situation where my son backed into a fellow student's vehicle and put a small dent in it. I told the owner of the vehicle that I would pay cash for the damage if they would go get an estimate. This body shop gave us an estimate $1000 above a previous body shop estimate and included damage and parts on the vehicle, that weren't even part of the damage my son had caused. When I called them to ask them why they did that and if they would give me an estimate without those parts, he said he would not, because I was not the owner of the car. I told him it didn't matter, because I was the one paying for the damage, and I wasn't going to pay for something that I didn't approve. He then proceeded to tell me that that is what insurance is for. So he blatantly admitted to me that if he was working with insurance he would charge for extra parts and labor that didn't need to be done. This folks, is why our insurance rates are skyrocketing.
