Thanks to David, I was able to view the car, get all the information, do the application online. He was very prompt about everything. He was able to find the right lender that worked for me and my budget. David was very friendly, outgoing and new how to handle things very efficiently. Which is always appreciated!

Very unprofessional, was sold a car that was a consignment vehicle with many issues the 1st week. After paying out my pocket to“fix” the problem it still occurred. After days of going back and forth about the down payment and fees we paid at the mechanic shop we were given a proportion of what was owed. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM a lot of salvage title vehicles here

Purchased a vehicle from David last week. I've owned upwards of 20 vehicles in my lifetime. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD purchasing a used vehicle. Fair, Friendly, Honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Rock Auto in Wheat Ridge to anybody looking to buy a good vehicle.

I was very happy with our purchase when it first happened. Unfortunately within two months it has became a nightmare for my family.
Within having the car for the first month the car was dead couldn’t start bought a battery no big deal. ($104.00)
But as of 6/18/2024 after purchasing plates ($85.00) my car has been at two mechanics.
My car was leaking oil and the engine light came on. Didn’t even get to out the new plates on.
Took it to the first mechanic he thought it was going to be a few problems that would total ($890.00) we thought no big deal we’ll pay we really need our vehicle. Well that mechanic found a bigger problem told us to contact Nissan. Had to pay the mechanic ($590.00) for the work they did.
Called Alpine Nissan set up an appointment.
Had to pay to get it towed from my house there
($167.85).
Today 7/6/2024 Nissan let us know the cost of the work ($11,000.00) plus. More then the car worth making the car a salvage title car.
I only had my husband purchase a vehicle for me from “Rock Auto” because a good coworker referred. I explained to Dave what I went through with my previous car purchase and was never expecting to be in a worse predicament.
This purchase of a vehicle has been an absolute nightmare.

I bought a car from them the guy collected my state tax. But when i went to get my plates the lady stated that they reported no sales tax collected so i had to pay it again. So I called to ask for a refund since i had paid them and paid the state tax again and he gave me the run around saying it was the lady's fault at the DMV even though he was the one who gave me the paper saying zero sales tax collected. They lost a customer for life. Beware very shady car dealership.
