One Suite over from a Labcorp in the same building and superior in every way. Bigger and less crowded waiting area, professional phlebotomist who didn't butcher my arm.
If you're heading this way for tests pick this one over labcorp at all costs.

They were fun and made me feel better about pooping in a fire hat and playing putting it in a million different containers thank you ladies.... And you other reviewers are cry babys. That's what you do at these places you wait. That's why you set up an appointment it says right there they aren't recommended. Thanks ladies!!!!!!!? ????

I went for a biometric screening and the person taking my blood 1. Did not remember my name when he called me back 2. Repeatedly told me he did not like working there and did not believe he had any benefits working for Quest 3. Said he would like to work for a guitar center because at least he could get a discount on guitars… and 4. Left a large bruise on my arm drawing my blood. When I told him I was nervous about getting my blood drawn, he said “it’s ok, you’re an adult.” Also, the room he brought me to had used alcohol wipes scattered around the floor that he clearly had not bothered to put in the trash can. Worst medical facility I have been to. 0/5 stars

I had to come here to get a blood draw requested by my Dermatologist. I made an appointment online which made check in quick and easy. Lalo took great care of me and he was accommodating for my kids. I didn’t feel the blood draw at all he did it perfectly. Lalo was polite and professional!

Made an appointment, had to wait less than 5 minutes and was treated kindly and with respect after a poor experience someplace else made me anxious

I thought I was just dropping off a sample, but there was no human being at the reception. The only option was to sign in digitally for an appointment, although my doctor had never said I would need an appointment since I just needed to drop the sample off. I had to knock on the window until I got someone’s attention. Very frustrating.

My appointment was at 10:20 and didn't get called back until 10 minutes later. There was no one else waiting. When called back, I did get an apology, which I appreciated. Jasmine did my bloodwork and she was very nice and professional. I have deep hard to find veins and Jasmine found one right away. She is definitely good at what she does! Thanks Jasmine!

Service is excellent, but your required appointment system needs a lot of work. You do not take into account the types of tests required and the time it takes to do these tests.

The PSC is very clean and efficient. I love the self-help check-in procedure. My Tech was very kind and drew my blood so smoothly I scarcely felt the needle. I was out of there in 15 minutes. My results were ready in a couple days despit the 25 inches of snow that night of my test.
I purchase my own blood work because that way I can share and discuss with my doctor the same day as my visit. I need to monitor my iron levels and this makes it so easy now. Thank you Quest!
