The service was good but, they still try to make you buy insurance, and accessories, saying your phone purchase comes with those things, when it doesn't. All of the extras cost more.

After a nightmare of trying to deal with Cricket over the phone & even other locations. I decided to drive to this location much further from my house because I have always had great service @ this location. She was very helpful & took care of the issue quickly. The only cricket store I'll go to.
