Shannon is amazing! So helpful! Directed me to wiper blades, explained options and offered to put them on for me. Additionally the store is clean. She used my car registration to determine which type of blade to buy. Even a 10% discount! Good job Shannon and leadership team at this location! ? ? ?

The guy at the commercial department always pretends like he is busy so when the line is long he doesn’t have to ring people up. I swear he is just being lazy.
The staff is pretty nice but 2 stars just to raise awareness for management.

This low rating is produced by only one employee by the name of Lorenzo every time I go in there the man tells me that they don't have any of what what I need or that they can't provide the service of charging a ATV battery and he pretty much doesn't do his job he is the laziest but the new guy that's been there very little period of time make sure that I got the permatex that came there for that he said that they didn't have but this is a repetitive process that keeps happening every time I go into this place of business but it seems like the new guy does a really good job I forgot the kid's name but I'll give him a five-star rating because he went ahead and went and looked for something that the boss said that he didn't have thank you for that have a good day

They never have any parts available for my car and when I walked in to order one part I stood there for like 5 minutes waiting for help while 2 people were at the registers just talking about their daily problems so I just walked out and only then it's when they wanted to help me

I was just in there to have some codes read on my truck and every employee (3) either didn’t know how to do it and 1 who refused. He even told me that he refuses to do it at all because it’s “free work”. I promptly said your paid by AutoZone to work. This after I have spent a fair amount of money with this company $700. I will take my business elsewhere!

I bought some Duralast named brand windshield wipers from this location. They installed them for me. But in less a month they came loose . I returned to the store and they installed another pair, but they came lose too. Don't buy Duralast wipers.

Lorenzo went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue on my vehicle. Within minutes he had identified the problem, fixed it and had me up and running. I was able to get it to my mechanic who confirmed what Lorenzo had already said. Trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

What a great experience! I needed a new rear brake light but couldn't get into the panel with the tools I had so their employee Lorenzo offered to change out the brake light for me. That was above and beyond and what a great employee! Highly recommend! Ask for Lorenzo!!

Went in today to get a new battery for my Subaru and both Sue and Lorenzo were so helpful and friendly! Lorenzo put in my battery quickly. I felt welcomed here which hasn’t been the case with other part stores. If I ever need anything I’ll definitely be back.
