This location is very disturbing because I know the owners (franchise wise) personally and they are such hard working people. Come from a humble background and worked their way up. Nothing but respect and love for them.
It is astounding they are hiring people too represent that story, the night manager on March 7th at around 10:00 pm was absolutely incompetent.
Went inside to get some gas and as I was in mid sentence a rude drunk man just cut me off stepped in front of me and she did nothing. I proceeded to step back because I hate to deal with those type of people if I’m not in a professional atmosphere and the funniest part was they treated me like I was an outcast and it was my job to wait for this drunk to buy beer and proceed to drive home drunk (watched him get in his black truck and speed away)… when I audibly said “wow” the older white lady (overnight manager) proceeded to say “what” in a snarky, condescending way.
Once I explained the common sense it takes to serve the person in front of you instead of waiting for any individual to finish collecting their items much less LETTING SOMEONE DRUNK BUY BEER AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT…
As a “manager” she should have understood the liability she was putting y’all franchise in.
It’s unfortunate such hard working owners have such careless, rude, incompetent people handling your cash safe.
She also said “you’re right” once I was finished explaining what common sense looks like… straight trash.

I think this is the cleanest and well set up stores I’ve been to in a long time. Their bathroom is the only usable one for miles after 8 pm and the staff treats you like family very nice people. Thank you

I have been in management for years! Even in the worst of days I have NEVER spoken to my employees the way I heard Cathy speaking to hers today!I can not believe that any company would condone such abuse from their manager, or any employee!Cathy should be fired and banned from any type of public job again. She clearly has NO class, ZERO respect!Shame on 7-eleven for allowing this.

Do not go here there is a greasy haired very unhygienic person that works here and will over charge you and charge you for things you didn’t get for his own spite very disrespectful and unhygienic this store used to be my favorite and now at 11 pm they have very rude employees that need to be trained better and know the state laws very unhappy with my latest experience do not go at night or when the greasy looking dirty guy is working very upset and violated and need my money back for what he over charged me for and how he treated me

Nothing wrong with the store, except the employee who works here named Sarah.This specific employee wanted to argue and fight over a dollar bill that was dropped by another customer. I offered to run the dollar out to the customer, and sarah said that the dollar was hers now because it was her store. And that if I left with the dollar bill I was stealing. After everything my gas timed out and I had to come back inside and she gave me a disgruntled look, and barely helped me. Very rude, and petty employee. I don't feel she should be in customer service. Just my opinion as a customer. I hope this store does something to improve her work mentality, and people skills.

Food was okay, drink selection was low maybe it was too early. I mainly wanted sweet iced tea, it was empty, even regular ice tea was empty. Had to settle for a soda. No mini tacos either had to settle for an old crunchy snack.

The cashier, Sara, has been rude on several occasions. Recommend driving 4 blocks north to the new 7-11.

I was trying to load a small amount of money onto my card but had been unsuccessful after visiting 3 other stores in the area. Trey went above and beyond to help me with this issue. Im not one to take time out of my day to review often but it was such a frustrating endeavor and so irritating dealing with multiple customer service agents who clearly don't like their job or care about customer service at all and yet Trey tackled the task with ease. Trey's exceptional customer service and work ethic really stood out to me. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile to help me with such a small matter. It's refreshing to see an employee who truly cares about their customers.

I stop in here at least 4-7 times a week for coffee/fountain drink, snacks, smokes & gas. This store is quite clean (floors, coffee bar, fountain drinks, front counter, bathrooms, etc). And the staff is generally nice & friendly. Keep up the great work!
