Tommy helped me and was wonderful. He was so patient and knowledgeable and took his time helping me. I never felt rushed or pressured and was so appreciative that Tommy was willing to walk me through everything to feel comfortable about my purchase. I do not live super close to this location but it was worth the drive for the great customer service.

Was helped by Claudia in getting a new phone. She was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was very easy. The store was well staffed and I experienced no wait on a Saturday afternoon. I sincerely appreciate the service provided and would gladly return to this location even if others were much closer. I switched from T mobile to Verizon in October. Even though I am in a 5g area the phone has never gotten 5g. I went through tech support and customer service. I was within the 30 day exchange or replace period. Thomas the assistant manager refused to exchange the phone, even though I was within the 30 day period, and I had a return label from Tech support. Going back and forth for days. I spent more than 40 plus hours try to resolve this issue. I dropped the phone on the desk and 1 of the camera lenses cracked, now Thomas states since the phone is now damaged. So I am paying for 5g and never get 5g. Avoid this store at all costs

Carlos was so helpful!! I came in with a SIM card issue and he was knowledgeable and got my problem resolved in 10 minutes! Highly recommend!

Great experience! Carlos A. was extremely helpful with upgrading to new phones. He was very patient and spent extra time explaining the contract and making sure all info transferred completely to the new phones.Definitely will return.

Went to see about upgrading two phones yesterday. Tommy was the only employee in the store and there were four people ahead of us. He was amazing at communicating and making every customer feel valued and important. What a great experience!!!
